It was pretty good, just a shame I didn't get to see Mount Fuji due to the heavy fog. The hotel itself was quite convenient, with a direct bus from Shinjuku, Tokyo, and the cleanliness was also acceptable.

Stayed 1 night including buffet and breakfast. Not a lot of variety for buffet, cooking staff started cleaning up at round 8:00 (last order 8:30), and the steak was microwave. Close to the amusing park, good location for visitors to the park.

The resort location is good, near a lot of food places and near to places of interests. We drove so we felt its good location. But the onsen is a bit far coz not located at the same building. Our room is Mountain View and able to catch Mt Fuji in our room

This 40-year-old hotel is incredibly well-maintained and has a charming, cozy, vintage vibe. We opted for a Mount Fuji view room, and if the weather cooperates, you get stunning views of Fuji-san. Hotel guests also have access to the nearby hot spring baths, about a five-minute walk away, though a heads-up: those with tattoos are not permitted. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the entrance of Fuji-Q Highland amusement park, and there's a fantastic Italian restaurant downstairs. The food there is absolutely delicious – I went three times during my two-day stay! Highly recommend it.

The hotel is super convenient! It's just a 200-meter walk from the B1 floor to the park entrance. The public bathhouse is spacious with multiple pools, and you can even book a scrub and body treatment. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel; the ambiance is lovely and comfortable, and the food is delicious.

The hotel was clean and free onsen facilities within walking distance around 5 minutes which is the plus point . Breakfast was excellent . Huge and clean room. But there was mosquitoes inside room. At least one each night which was annoyed .

One thing that’s best - Mount Fuji view when the weather is good. It seemed like just right in front of you. No matter from the room or the 4th floor restaurant where we had our breakfast or even the open rooftop. Rooms was clean, top class in-room amenities provided, very good buffet breakfast with scenic view overlooking Mount Fuji and staffs were friendly and helpful. We got free parking in front of the hotel throughout our 2 nights stay. There were so much you could do while staying at this hotel. Whether you want to enjoy the beautiful Mount Fuji with coffee brew in your room, or get discounted price + early entry to the amusement park right beside the hotel, or enjoy the onsen hot pool next to the hotel. They even send us to the top of Fujiyama Tower complimentary and there you’ll have a stunning view of Mount Fuji and the amusement park, plus you’re able greet to the riders of the king of coaster when it pass by. Highly recommended!

So far our favorite accommodation in Japan! From cleanliness to staff to location. It’s top notch!! The room get your free onset access and 15 minutes early entry to FujiQ with private access. Add the breakfast option was been a life saver on raining day! Oh, that the view is best. Can’t believe how lucky we are to see the mountain after the rain. Super happy with this place! There is a free shutter by the hotel that takes to nearby stations and multiple buses right next to it. So convenient!

Amazing location for Families, right next to Fuji-Q highland, super convenient! Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and we enjoyed the beautiful Mount Fuji view from our room. Love that the hotel connects directly to the Olsen with free entry for guests. Relaxing, comfortable, and great value. Will definitely stay again!

Hotel staff provide good service. The breakfast food was nice. The location was strategic. Able to view Mount Fuji from the front of the hotel.

Very comfortable hotel and a fantastic view of fuji mount when wake up. Hotel restaurant also have a full-height window to view magnificent mount fuji view while enjoying the breakfast.

Everything is good where the room is newly decorated. Breakfast and dinner have variety of choices and food is delicious. Onsen is a public Onsen and is free of charge for hotel guests but it’s good.
