Hana Hotel Hanazono Inter Reviews

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Although the room was a bit small, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The front desk staff were very helpful and even used translation software to answer guests' questions. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and facial masks. The hot spring is open from 3 PM to midnight. Breakfast includes curry rice, grilled fish, tamagoyaki, and juice, among other options, all of which are well-balanced and tasty.

Stopped over on the way to Nagano. It's acceptable, or even pretty good, considering the price. The breakfast was nice and they have a hot spring too.

The hotel has a great location and plenty of parking, though the spots closest to the entrance fill up quickly. The onsen is small but sufficient. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value, with great service, facilities, and breakfast.

Although the hotel is not new, it is still clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is plentiful and offers good variety. The parking area is spacious and free of charge. The price is very reasonable and offers great value for money. The staff provide excellent service

Busy hotel but good for a transit stay to other places around Tokyo

Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Good location and friendly service.

We checked in at night. There were two hotels with the same name in the same location, probably both belonging to the same group. I saw a sign outside one of them indicating the other hotel was for check-in, but during check-in, they kept asking if I had booked three nights. It turned out they hadn't checked the name carefully and gave me a room from someone else. That person had booked a single room, and I only found out after I went to the room and showered that everything was only enough for one person. It turned out the hotel still gave me a room from the other hotel. In the end, I went to the front desk and got an extra towel and pillow, and slept in that room for the night.

There are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to access. I had a very comfortable stay. The hot spring bath time is long, so you can bathe in the morning and evening. They offer free coffee. The breakfast menu has a wide variety of items, so it's great value for money! I'd definitely like to stay again.

The hot springs were great. The food options were limited but adequate. There are many family restaurants nearby. There is also the Hanazono Roadside Station next door, where you can shop for agricultural products.
