Good location , very clean room with all amenities you need , very close to some sightseeing spots, 7-11 and one famous bakery , Feel grateful to stay at this place when traveling Hakata

Very good location. Very A clean and tidy room A relaxing facility The check-in procedure was explained very thoroughly in advance, but the check-out procedure was not explained enough. I didn't realize that I could easily check out by operating the panel in my room, so I went down to the first floor. Please improve to explain how to check out in advance. Thank you very much! I had a great time relaxing at this facility.

the hotel was clean and minimalist with all the basic amenities required. the closest convenience store was a few blocks away though, compared to most other hotels with access to one down the street. location was quiet

Unfortunately I did not have a good stay even though personnel is very kind. Walls are super thin, seems to me even thinner than the average in Japan.

Located next to Kushida Shrine. Room is fairly big, but amenities provided are minimal (theres no cups in the room if you don't count the gargling cup). We stayed for 6 nights but there is no room cleaning service at all. We were provided 2 garbage bags only. Overall its great for the room size but pretty average overall.

It's my first time check in an unmanned hotel.It turned out everything was smooth. Step into the room is just like step into my own apartment, it has ample space for a person. If Free coffee and ramen for breakfast is a plus. I didn't expect the breakfast is included. I saw only once the staff is in the lobby. Btw she's pretty. There're numerous restaurants and attractions by walking distance. However, the price of this hotel is drastically different within a month. It puzzles me.
