The location of the property is awesome, right at the steps of exit 5 of Tenjin station. The room is new and clean, bathroom is spacious and view from the reception/outdoor lounge at 19th floor overlooks Fukuoka city. There is also a complimentary lounge for guests at 18th floor that serves decent coffee and local snacks! Not sure where is the right pick up point as we had a little trouble looking for it when driving. Some streets are also blocked, but if you are taking public transport then I would highly recommend it! It was slightly tough to maneuver around with a big luggage opened up for our room size but the wardrobe is spacious so make use of that!

The room is of moderate size with much space to open three person’s luggage. The view at the reception level is marvellous, we can’t stop watching the changes from morning to night. The staffs speaks fluent English and are very friendly. Nice stay! Breakfast is very nice too!

Very good size room (for a Japanese hotel), large desk to work from.
Very good facilities overall (Nespresso machine, kettle, fast internet).
Not fond of the lobby on the 19th floor which means you need to go all the way there to get to your room.

Very conveniently located in tenjin, close to shopping and restaurants and many big malls nearby. The gym is a bit small and simplistic, with no machines other than a couple of treadmills. The public bath is very good. Staff and hotel cleaniness very good.

Its location is very convenient and very near to amenities and food Tenjin . There is a lift access directly from Tenjin station underground . It is relatively new . It opens lounge at 14th floor to serve welcome drinks and light snacks to hotel guests . It provides quality body wash and shampoo

Good location! Everything is quite new! Staff is friendly! Good to stay again!
For breakfast, it may be better to change side dish for buffet everyday.
For visitor who stay over 3 days, same and limited type of food would be one weakness compared with other grant hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was very big compared to the usual Japanese hotel size. Daily house keeping, bottled water everyday and many amenities available. Loved the toilet where you can open and close the lid from the control panel.
Great location, just look for Exit 5 in Tenjin Station. Endless shopping and restaurants around so you'll never be short of choice.
Staff were friendly and very helpful in shipping my suitcase to the next hotel.
The only "negative" thing is that you need to take 2 lifts to your room. One to get from the underground/ground floor to the lobby and then another lift from the lobby hotel to your room. Guess they did that for extra security but after exploring all day you just want to get to your room quickly.
