Just 5 minutes walk from Hakata Station, very convenient. Room is big and clean, toilet and bath room is separated. Bath tub is also big.

Convenient location, walking distance to both station , 15 min walk to canal city and another 3 min further the night food stands cozy breakfast buffet and yummy selection, please have an empty stomach, we tried their brunch buffet so worth it ! Rooms are so new and clean! Little bit tight for a 6 foot man, I manage to slip my 28 inch luggage under the desk. But for girls with only hand carry luggage is cozy. Skincare amenities by hotel counter , toothbrush available in room.

New and clean, with friendly and cheerful staff. The room was smaller than expected since it was a twin with the beds placed side by side. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

The room was a bit small, but it was clean. The welcome drink area downstairs was also a nice touch.

Great location and can be easily access to Hakata station within short distance. Room is clean & tidy and reception staff was friendly as well. Love its toilet & bathroom was separated and with extra space for luggage right next to the entrance. Definitely will come back to this hotel if travel to Fukuoka.

Worst mattress ever!   Worst service ever!     If you have a back pain or want to save your back then avoid this hotel. We took a nap right after checking in for an hour and we woke up with severe back pain.    Mattress was way softer and wobblier than usual and we believe that mattress caused the back pain.    So, we asked the front desk to change our room to another room with firmer mattress and they refused it with a smile.    We asked for refund, even partial refund, because we knew that we couldn't sleep on that mattress if we want to save our backs, and they also refused it with a smile. We ended up checking out without spending the night and booked another hotel.    What a waste of money...  

The location is good! It closes to the Hakata main station. The check-in time is sharply at 15:00. If you arrive early, like 1430, the old man receptionist would tell you the check-in time is 1500. I think he is a bit rude. He can politely to ask the customers to take a sit or please come back the reception at 1500, instead of telling me what time is it right now. It would be better if the hotel can provide more training to that old man staff. In general, it is good if you just simply would like to stay for 1-2 nights.

Just a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station, it's incredibly convenient to get to from the airport. The surrounding area is well-equipped with great amenities. The front desk staff were polite and personable, and the place itself was clean and comfortable. It definitely offers fantastic value for money.

The hotel is just a 5 minutes walk from Hakata Station. Very helpful English speaking staff. There's a Lawson just 50 m in front of the hotel.

They were so kinda and gave me high quality service (English) strongly recommend this place u ain’t gonna disappoint with this place

Seperate bath and toilet. Quite quiet room, but my room is facing the lifts, so there are some noice but all acceptable to me. Lawson convenient store : 2 mins walk from hotel. About 6 mins walk from Hakata station to hotel. Managed to open my suitcase wide in the room, between my bed & wall, barely, but i believe it's better than many of the rooms in Japan.

Relatively new building that is quite approachable, yet quiet vicinity.
