Hotel Marinoa Resort Fukuoka

Overall we had a very nice experience staying in this hotel. The shuttle bus to meinohama station was very helpful. The view over the marina is very relaxing. However, we arrived earlier and they kept us waiting until 3pm befote letting us to check in. Most of the other hotels let the guests check in earlier as a courtesy. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and happy to recommend this hotel.

The reception is very good. Very helpful and kind. The sea view is awesome.

This hotel has the best view in Fukuoka. The room is exceptionally spacious and clean. With the sofa and balcony in the room, you don't want to leave the splendid view and the hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the service is very good. All staff were welcoming and friendly. I like the free lounge service, there’s free drinks and snacks available. The size of the room was big and clean. Only downside was the blankets seems to be a bit small to me. There’s free parking so it’s suitable for travellers with cars. It’s also suitable for travellers who like to stay in quiet areas.

Fantastic services at the reception. Free shuttle from train station to Hotel. Free noodle and Yakitori and drink from 8pm to 10pm. Yakitori will be good if they do not rush to BBQ but… actually they were not really BBQ the meat , the meat cooked long ago, they just use a kitchen torch to burn a bit to make them turned brown a bit and the meat inside was still cold. 3 nights continuously I had the cold meats and Monday night I was the only guest at the restaurant.

Good: Nice and spacious room, free parking good for us to drive around, powerful shower head which served strong stream and stable temperature for nice shower, big beds, convenient shops, food and big AEON store nearby with driving distance 5 mins, nice night lounge with free flow crafted beer, popcorn, and bbq marshmallow, my daughter requested to go every night But if you’re not coming with a car, it’s sorta inconvenient
