The hotel room was pretty spacious for 1 person, and the location was also convenient and close to the subway station. I had a comfortable stay throughout my 5 nights there. I also loved that there is a supermarket just right outside the subway station for my daily grocery and supper/breakfast runs which was soo convenient, as the prices there are more affordable than convenient stores. There is also a lounge where you can have free alcohol/coffee/soft drinks for free. The only small issues are that there is a mild stale smell in the room, and you can hear the train sounds from the room (both of which didnt really affect me). The bed and pillows are also on the hard side so it would be good if they were softer. Other than that, highly recommend this hotel for your fukuoka trip.

Good service and a helpful front desk that quickly solved my problems. There’s a small lounge offering free soft drinks and alcoholic beverages every night. Just note that the washing machines are unavailable after 0am.

The service was excellent, the staff spoke basic English, and free drinks, including alcohol, were provided. The room is located next to the railway station, so it can be a bit noisy when the trains pass by, but the frequency is not frequent. The room was reasonably clean, but the facilities were a bit dated. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the subway station. For the price, including the bath, it's a good value.

I booked this for a family trip. I booked a twin room and a single room. The twin room was in the annex, and the single room was in the main building. There were two annexes. Since all the facilities were in the main building, it was a bit inconvenient to go back and forth to the annex. However, the annex was a new building, so it was clean. The single room in the main building felt old, and there was some mold in the refrigerator. If you don't mind an older place, I highly recommend this place. It's next to the train tracks, so it's a bit noisy, but I was so relaxed during my trip that it didn't bother me.

It takes about one minute to reach the hotel. Very close to Yakuin Station. There is a supermarket outside the station. pharmacy. The bus stop goes till Hakata Terminal/Fukuoka Zoo.

The location is excellent. The free drinks and alcohol on the first floor were very enjoyable, and the large public bath on the 9th floor was also very nice. The downside is that it's next to the Nishitetsu Railway, which can be noisy. The bathroom is air-conditioned, and the facilities are a bit old. Overall, I'm staying here again and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Fukuoka!

The environment is very good, but it is close to the track. However, I was too tired from traveling and fell asleep immediately, so I didn't hear anything.

Overall, this is a very satisfying hotel. In terms of the shared facilities, there is a wide selection of welcome drinks in the lounge, which is very satisfying. In the large public bath, there are no problems with the washing and changing areas, but the tub is too shallow, so larger people end up only bathing halfway through. When I visited with a foreign guest, he was concerned about using the large public bath at another hotel, but I explained that it wouldn't be a problem once he was in the tub, and he liked it. However, as mentioned above, at this hotel, he ended up bathing halfway through, so he had to get out early. This is something you should be aware of. ⇒The entrance to the private unit bath is high, so if there are guests who can't lift their feet, it's best to avoid it.

I stayed here for two nights. The single room was not small, and there was a lounge in the lobby where you could drink and drink as much as you wanted, and there was a coin laundry (separate washing machine and dryer) where you could pay with a QR code, so I had a very comfortable stay. There was a unit bath, but that's the same as in other hotels, so it wasn't a problem. The only thing I felt was that the faucet was the type that gave both hot and cold water and adjusted the temperature. The building was kept clean, there was a convenience store in front of the station, and most importantly, it's close to the station, so I highly recommend it. Hotels around Hakata Tenjin fill up quickly and I'm worried about the bustle around the station, so I think I'll stay at this hotel in Yakuin, which is a little further away, again.

It's about a 3-minute walk from Yakuin Station. There's a bathhouse on the 9th floor, which is nice. There's a little train noise, but it's okay. It's quiet and not crowded, so I'll use it again.

The entire building was very clean. The large communal bath was spacious and relaxing, and the drinks were free, so it was very comfortable. The train tracks were nearby, so the noise of the trains was a bit annoying in the mornings, but other than that it was great! I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Other than the razor being charged, I have nothing to say! It was a great service!
