Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk

The Hilton lives up to its reputation! It's clean and quiet, and the service is excellent. The buffet is delicious, and our room even had a view of the Fukuoka Dome and the sea. The location is incredibly convenient, with buses like 306, W1, and 44 right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to Hakata and Tenjin. Plus, there's a huge shopping mall right next door with all sorts of stores and plenty of dining options.

Brought my mom here to relax. The first room we checked into had some mysterious wads of paper in the toilet. We called staff and had to wait half an hour for a room change. The new room was significantly smaller than our original room type, so they changed us again to a quad room. So, the two of us ended up with four beds! The service attitude was very good, and the room was incredibly quiet, so we rested really well. Breakfast was also decent. Just one minor thing: the room windows could use a good cleaning.

This is the top choice for concerts at PayPay Dome, it's so convenient! The hotel service is also quite good.

When I booked, Trip.com recommended this hotel as the number one in Fukuoka for food, so I didn't hesitate to book it. However, when it came to breakfast, I was truly disappointed and felt quite let down: ① The coffee was the worst I've had in any hotel in Japan. ② There was a lack of substantial dishes; only one salmon dish could be considered so, but it tasted really bad. ③ Almost all the dishes were unappetizing. ④ The room facilities were not as good as those in a decent business hotel back home (China). ⑤ The hotel policy stated free parking when I booked, but I was charged 2000 yen per day at check-out. Due to the language barrier, I couldn't get a clear explanation. ⑥ The room lighting was dim and very uncomfortable. However, the hotel's location is indeed excellent, with full sea views and convenient transportation. The experience might be better if staying in the summer.

If you're attending a concert at PayPay Dome, honestly, don't bother staying anywhere else! The walkway shown in picture five leads directly to gate 7 in just five minutes. There's also a FamilyMart right next door – a lifesaver in winter! Seriously, while others are lining up for transport, I'm already checking in! I had enough time to drop off my stuff, relax, and then go for dinner when the crowds had died down. Perfect! I highly recommend staying here if you can. It's incredibly convenient!

The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It's also not far from Fukuoka Tower.

The environment and service here are top-notch, making for an excellent experience. It's a 20-minute walk to Fukuoka Tower and Seaside Momochi Park. Plus, there are direct bus routes from Hakata and Tenjin right to the hotel's doorstep. Definitely lives up to its reputation as the second-largest Hilton globally!

The hotel is quite nice, and the rooms are very clean. However, the overall style doesn't really feel like a Hilton. My guess is it might have been rebranded from a Shangri-La or another local brand. It's located by the sea, very close to Fukuoka Tower, and the beachfront is great for a run. There's a teppanyaki restaurant on the top floor serving genuine A5 Wagyu, and the quality is excellent.
