The hotel's location isn't ideal, but considering the price, it's actually great value. To get there, take the subway to Hakata Exit 16 (Hakata-guchi Nishi 16) for the most straightforward route. When you come up, the OIOI department store is on your left. Walk along the department store, cross the street at the second traffic light where there's a FamilyMart convenience store (incidentally, the popular D-bakery that's always buzzing on Xiaohongshu and has long queues after 8 AM is on your left there). So, the hotel is to your right. Turn left at the first intersection, look up, and you'll see the hotel sign in the distance. It's about another 100 meters. You could also take Hakata Exit 24 (Hakata-guchi Nishi 24), but the underground path is a bit confusing. Overall, it's a hotel with great value, about a 10-minute walk. The room size is moderate, and I specifically chose a bathroom with a bathtub where you can sit and wash, which also had a separate wet and dry area – a top choice for me.

Tbh the room is really small and narrow. Once our luggage is open, there is barely any space left to walk. Nevertheless, location is great.. its just within 10min walking from Hakata Station. I’d suggest to take uber to the hotel if you have alot of luggage. Its about 2000 yen. Walking with luggage to hotel from station is not a great idea. Lastly, great breakfast choices. Only thing complain is the fish taste kinda fishy.

The walk isnt too far from Hakata station. The room is modestly sized and is comfortabl. Despite being near to the train station I actually found it interesting to see trains passing by and liked that we could hear some faint noises (noticed some complained about the sound).

The room was bigger than I expected, with three single beds, a sofa, and chairs. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was great for a group. The air conditioning had a remote control for adjustment. The lobby is on the second floor, and you can grab toiletries next to it.

Good location as it is by walk in 6 min to hakata. Staffs are nice as I had a good customer experience while checking in and out. Convenient store is just nearby. One small problem is the hotel located not far from train railway so some noises are heard occasionally, but still acceptable in my room direction.

The hotel supplies bath balls and personal care products in the reception area, and the room are clean.

Facilities: Fully equipped, with a separate wet and dry area, spacious and hygienic, and the room itself is very stylish. Environment: Overall clean and tidy, with a convenient location. Service: Warm and attentive. Toiletries can be picked up at the front desk, and they even provide POLA brand amenities, which offers great value for money.

The service is impeccable—★★★★★—they strike the perfect balance between being gracious and professional. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, and it was kept so clean and fresh. I’d definitely stay here again.

Came to Fukuoka, Japan for a vacation with friends and chose this hotel right next to Hakata JR Station for its convenience for our next day's itinerary. Overall, the room was a bit small, but everything else was pretty good. Downstairs, they have self-service toiletries and cosmetics, as well as a self-service coffee machine. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and extensive, featuring mentaiko (spicy cod roe), natto, onsen tamago (hot spring egg), with unlimited rice and ramen, plus fruits and coffee.

The location is close to the train station, which is convenient for anyone catching a train. Although it’s right next to the tracks, the soundproofing is surprisingly good.

Pleasantly surprised by the service at this hotel! I had a parcel delivered in advance, which the concierge received and then moved to my room when it was ready. The amenities were great: I was especially happy to find a bathtub even for a small room like mine and that the TV was indeed smart and could easily connect to streaming apps! Cleanliness could be improved, as some stains and unidentifiable spots can be spotted on bed sheets/towels. The pillows were also not the most comfortable. Regardless, my stay was great for a solo traveller!

The hotel is really close to the JR station which is easily go to the shopping mall nearby. It takes about 5mins walk.

The service was great, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The room, although not huge, was perfectly sufficient for one person. There were a couple of hairs on the duvet, but the carpet and bathroom were spotless. It's also very close to Hakata Station, less than a 10-minute walk away.
