It's a bit far from Hakata, so it's a nice place to walk around because it's quiet and clean. The room is large. Checking in was a bit confusing at first, but it was convenient once you got it right. There are local restaurants and a convenience store at the entrance of the alley. It's also close to the less crowded Shinshin Ramen branch. Overall, it's good.

The location is great, close to Tenjin, and the access to the city center is excellent. There's a loft and the room is spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably.

It felt like I was sharing a room with the upstairs neighbor. I stayed for three nights, and the first day I thought they were moving my luggage. The second day, I think there were women staying. I couldn't sleep. The bed frame looked like it was about to collapse. I hung black clothes on the bed frame, and it was so dusty it felt like snow. I thought I was going crazy. It was a waste of money. I don't recommend it.
