Room is very small and check out time is 10:00, near central city but not many parking options

The room isn't huge but it has everything you need. The front desk also offers a good variety of personal toiletries. The bathroom is small but practical. The weather wasn't great, but I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff were very polite.

The noise from the train tracks was quite disruptive in the room, making it difficult for older guests to sleep early. The soundproofing is a common issue and really quite poor. On the upside, the surrounding area is very convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of shopping options.

Booked this for a friend because the hotel our main group was staying at was fully booked. It's really close to Hakata Station, so getting around, shopping, and dining are all super convenient. My friend had a great stay and highly recommends it!

To save on budget, I chose this hotel about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. I booked the most basic double room. The room was genuinely small; you'd step in and immediately be at the bed. The 1.35m bed was fine for two people, but one side was right against the wall. There was no space to fully open a large suitcase. For a travel style of leaving early and returning late, the location and room setup were decent enough. The 10:00 AM checkout was a bit early, but thankfully, Hakata Station has plenty of luggage lockers, so it wasn't too much hassle.

Good location and easy to walk to the station and close to everything

Walking distance to Hakarta station with affordable price. The room is small but clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. You can watch Youtube as well! The downside is the room’s soundproofing needs improvement and mineral water was only supplied on the first day and not replenished daily, which is unexpected. Luckily there is vending machines available in lobby. Overall, the hotel with good location and affordable price, idea for solo traveller.

Like most Japanese hotels, it's impossible to open two small suitcases and one large suitcase simultaneously. The room size is very cramped, and the air conditioning is unstable – either freezing cold or scorching hot. It's 700 meters from the JR station, which is a reasonable distance.

This hotel is a bit of a walk from Hakata Station, about 15 minutes on foot, but Google Maps was spot on with the location. There's a main building and an annex, and I was given a room in the annex, which required a key card for both the door and the elevator. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; even though it's near the train tracks, I barely heard any noise. The staff were very polite, and the room was kept very clean. I got a great deal when I booked, so I'd definitely consider staying at Third Place Hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station, about a 10-minute walk away, right next to the canal. We booked a deluxe quad room on the second floor, which also came with a terrace. The room was spacious, and the two bunk beds were large and very comfortable to sleep in. All essential toiletries were provided. Coffee and tea could be picked up at the front desk. There's a laundry room and an ice machine on the first floor. Great value for money.

The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is great for taking a bath. You can also help yourself to bath salts. The airport bus stop is nearby, but it's a bit of a distance from Hakata Station.
