Hotel Hakata Place Reviews

The service is great. All the staff are polite and patient. The rooms was clean and the breakfast is buffet and have option for Japanese and Western. The location is a bit far from train or subway station but there are several bus stops around there. It is close to Harbor and the best is that there is great Onsen place near the hotel.

Hotel is very close to the port so was super easy to catch the ferry. Room was spacious and clean, we had a small kitchen inside the room.

Hotel facilities mentioned in the hotel website include kitchen. It is quite misleading. The cooking utility charge 800 Yen. Washing machine was not available.

It's just 1 night. My booked for attend a concert that day. The enjoy thing was, they also played some song from those concert. 😄😄 thank you..

The hotel's location is quite out of the way, with nothing much around. We had to walk at least twenty minutes just to find a place to eat, which was quite a hassle. It feels like the hotel was converted from an apartment, as the room was spacious and equipped with amenities like an induction cooker and microwave.

The environment is good but the location is a bit inconvenient

I think the good servicesit was the staffbof the front desk..he is so kind and nice.He is caring and you can walk to the onsen .it is so nice and you can see the tower which it was free .i like the sussifood beside the restaurant you can.walk.to bayside..you also.ca take a boat which was half hour.

The room is clean and big but it is not near the train station, and if u wish to cook it need to pay extra fee to loan

It was a great hotel. Friendly staf who really tried to speak english. It was a little walk from the Subway, but easy too find. Breakfast was really really good!

Decent deal, price was reasonable and everything was alright about the room.

We had reserved parking prior to our arrival, though it’s not hard to find other hourly-charge parking next to the building, and it’s much cheaper compare to park inside of the building. The location is not very friendly to travelers who with public transportation, but that made the hotel much affordable compares to other hotels near tenjin or Hakata station. The room is nice enough.

not at all helpful. no effort to help me activate my simcard in an app written in Japanese. No information on breakfast times and I arrived too late. I couldn't even get a coffee.
