We are a family of four. And room was spacious enough for all of us. Breakfast is also great. For Hotel cleaning, they take out the trash everyday. For improvements, if could also do some minor cleaning like fixing the bed and vacuum the room would be great. But all in all, we are all satisfied with our stay.

Good access from Nakasu Kawabata subway station. Check in and check out procedures are to be completed by the machine; not by dinosaurs which are on duty at the reception desk. lol
Clean room, simple but enough facilities.
Light breakfast is included.

Very good, both the room and location A simple breakfast is served with bread and in the afternoon there is tea. In the evening there is an L drink.

Room is not well designed, could've used the space wisely. Breakfast is deceiving, you will only get bread and drinks and nothing else, not worth the breakfast fee that we paid. Non-japanese cleaning lady assigned to our room for a few days did not clean the room properly, dirt all over, but the japanese guy cleaner made our room very clean. Location is nice though.
