This is a truly interesting and unique hotel! Firstly, there are no traditional front desk staff. While you *can* call for service using the phone at the front desk if needed, it's generally not necessary. If you arrive before 3 PM, you can self-store your luggage (as shown in photo 10), and then check in later in the evening by scanning your passport at the self-service kiosk. Secondly, they offer a fantastic array of complimentary snacks available 24/7. The selection varies throughout the day: mornings might feature rice balls, eggs, and pastries; afternoons offer cookies and fruit shaved ice; and evenings bring a choice of DIY cocktails. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee are also available around the clock. Thirdly, each floor boasts a uniquely themed room, often with an anime or cartoon motif, making it perfect for families traveling with children. We saw many young Japanese couples with two kids enjoying breakfast in the dining area during our stay, which really highlighted its family-friendly atmosphere. While the hotel rooms aren't huge, they are spotlessly clean. The bathroom is thoughtfully divided into three separate areas, allowing multiple people in the same room to get ready simultaneously – a really convenient feature. Its location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the subway station and a mere 1.5-minute stroll to the largest Ichiran Ramen – perfect for a quick visit (and a photo op!).

I've chosen to stay at this hotel three times, mainly because of the excellent breakfast. Although check-in is self-service, if you encounter any issues, just press the bell and a staff member will promptly come out to assist. The rooms are equipped with a standing clothes dryer, which is super convenient for doing laundry, especially during the summer! In the evenings, there are food stalls right downstairs, perfect for grabbing a bite and a few drinks. Plus, with a bus stop right outside, getting around is incredibly easy. Highly recommended!

We booked a twin room; the room itself was reasonably spacious, though the bathroom felt a little cramped. For multi-night stays, if you require room cleaning, simply place the white card on your door before 2 PM. We returned in the evening to find our beds made, rubbish emptied, and the bathroom tidied – excellent service! Breakfast was simple but certainly filling. A nice touch was the free snacks and drinks available in the afternoon and evening. There's also a microwave in the lobby and complimentary luggage storage, which saved us a bit of money. A big plus for us was the self-service laundry machine on the second floor. It's incredibly useful for longer trips, costing 800 JPY and includes a dryer function. Our clothes came out smelling fresh! The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from Tenjin shopping street. It felt quite close when we headed out in the morning, but after a long day of walking, it seemed a bit further on the way back at night. Conveniently, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and the subway station is roughly a five-minute walk away. Plenty of interesting yatai (food stalls) can be found in the vicinity.

**Location:** The location is very convenient, offering a quiet haven amidst the city's hustle and bustle. **Facilities:** The room was exceptionally dark, to the point of being very oppressive, feeling almost like staying in a basement. **Hygiene:** The trash was consistently only partially collected. Even when we clearly placed our rubbish bags on top of the bin, they remained unemptied upon our return. This was genuinely frustrating and showed a significant lack of attention to detail from the housekeeping staff. **Service:** We didn't encounter any staff members; it was essentially an entirely self-service experience. I definitely won't be staying here again.

Hotel is clean and amenities are good. There is a Family mart beside which is very convenient. However, the parking is off-site and quite expensive.

First and foremost, we chose this hotel because of the dinosaurs—of course! And it was absolutely amazing. We were two friends traveling together, and the room was spacious enough for us. We had a medium-sized suitcase and a duffel bag, and we managed to store everything comfortably. In the hotel lobby, we picked up robes and all the necessary toiletries, which was very convenient. We really enjoyed the breakfast. We'd read that one of Fukuoka’s local delicacies is Mentaiko (spicy cod roe), but we hadn’t had a chance to try it at any cafes—so getting to taste it at breakfast was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you for that! The location of the hotel is great—close to pedestrian-friendly streets, the sea, and not far from the central park. There’s even a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you directly to the park. The window in our room opened, so we could get some fresh air, and it was very quiet at night. Just next door is the original Ichiran—the birthplace of Futaba Ramen. The lines can be long, but it's definitely worth visiting. We went at 7 a.m. and there was no queue at all.

For the free alcohol and breakfast, I forgive the small rooms and the lack of staff. I’ll probably come back when I’m in Fukuoka again. Dinosaurs are top.

Recommended! There are two minor points that I have a negative view on - the process of self-check in is not so straightforward and takes quite a long time. Besides, the hotel entrance gathered several cigarette smokers most of the time I walked through; I held my breath avoiding the bad odor. My positive views are free breakfast, great location, and the mattresses are just right for me (not too soft).

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from Ichiran Ramen's flagship store and Don Quijote. The breakfast is simple yet tasty, featuring the local specialty, mentaiko. Afternoon tea offers juices and snacks, and in the evening, guests can mix their own cocktails. The self-serve luggage storage is very convenient. The room is a decent size and clean, accommodating large suitcases, and equipped with a table and chairs for light work. The subway station is close by, and Tenjin is within walking distance. It's a Japanese hotel chain, uniquely offering robot-assisted self-service for check-in/out, which is easy to use – great for introverts. Should any issues arise, simply contact the staff. The elderly gentleman working in the dining area in the evenings was very kind.

 The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. They offer free breakfast—simple but delicious—as well as cookies and coffee during tea time and cocktails in the evening. The hotel operates with a self-check-in system, with only two kiosks at reception. If you need assistance, you can press a button, and a staff member will come to help. The room is small but clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely come back again!

Good service, good location. The decoration is very interesting.

We are a family of four. And room was spacious enough for all of us. Breakfast is also great. For Hotel cleaning, they take out the trash everyday. For improvements, if could also do some minor cleaning like fixing the bed and vacuum the room would be great. But all in all, we are all satisfied with our stay.
