There was no sense of cleanliness, and the room was conspicuous with hair and dust. The sheets and mattress were also dirty. I was sad that the toilet was not cleaned properly. I was worried whether I could check in because I could not contact the hotel staff. and

2連泊、仕事の関係で使いました。
チェックインの仕方は簡単で分かりやすかったです。
部屋も広め、トイレ、お風呂場も綺麗。ですが掃除不足と言えるレベルの床のスミのゴミと前の利用客？が飲んでいたと思われるペットボトルがソファーの後ろにありました。
不快に思いましたが、部屋には休む為に帰るだけだったので我慢出来るレベルです。
ふつうのビジネスホテルの部屋と思って借りるのは少し考えた方がいいと思います。
それ以外が良かっただけに残念でした。

幼児2人、小学校低学年1人、大人2人の5人で泊まりました。ロフトベッドに大人1人、ロフトに3人と3歳添い寝、横に川の字にはなれませんが、逆に自分のスペース！と十分楽しんで寝ました。2階だったので子供の足音が下に響かないか不安でしたが、また利用したいと思います😊

B棟103号室に宿泊しました。
チェックインの際にロフト部分の壁に拳で殴ったような穴が開いており気になっていました。チェックアウト後に、その穴を開けたのは私達の過失ではないか、と同日中にメールで連絡を受けたのは心外でしたが、すぐに誤解であると認めていただけて安心しました。
洗濯機と浴室乾燥機が設置されており毎日洗濯＆乾燥ができた点は非常に良かったです。
室内に折り畳みのアウトドアチェアなどを用意していただけると更に寛げたかな、と思います。

設備としては満足ですがあまりにも掃除が行き届いてなさすぎました。賃貸の退去後のような状況です。また最初から窓が開けっぱなしにされており防犯的にも危ないです。設備がいいだけに大変残念です。一度徹底的に清掃してほしいと感じました。
