The room size is good and clean The sink next to the bathroom is a bit smelly

Check in procedure was difficult

The hotel is in a busy area, so there will still be noise at night. If you like quiet, it may not be suitable, but the location is very convenient. The sanitary air-conditioning filter is not cleaned and is very dirty. The hygiene needs to be improved!

I didn't have a hair dryer, so I bought one from Don Quijote. When I opened the mirror on the sink, there was a hair dryer. The location was very good as it was close to department stores and Don Quijote and there were many bars nearby. Other reviews said it was noisy at night, but I had a lot of fun, so it wasn't noisy at all and I slept soundly. But there is one thing that annoys me. Even if you enter all your personal information in this app, this hotel uses a check-in/out machine, so if you want to check in, you have to go there and enter all of your personal information one by one through the machine (everyone who came with you also has to do that). It was so hot and my luggage was so heavy that I got all kinds of annoyed. And there was no trash can, so I just made a trash can out of a bag and used it. Other than that, everything was fine.

The check-in location is far from the accommodation. The room received is not the same as the room booked. Poor service quality. Do not clean the toilet.

Check out time was 11am but there was a regular elevator maintenance checking for the only one elevator in the building between 10am to noon. There was only one unnoticeable notice in the lift lobby at ground floor and only in Japanese on it and no graphics. We were not the only visitors caught by it, we all need to carry the luggages and walk all the way down the stairs for check out. Are we unfortunate or something has to be done by the management?

It was very noisy outside of the building. Drunk people, endurance, noisy fridge...You want to prepare earplugs. The location is very convenient to go to Tenjin. The room was pretty clean.

The location is very good, just a short walk from Tenjin Station and close to Ni****etsu Station. There is a department store a few blocks away, stocking all the popular brands. The self-check-in system is generally verbose and acceptable. Those who can only stay in a quiet place to sleep should consider carefully if they want to spend the weekend. After all, it is not a residential area. There are several bars downstairs. The sound of laughter and fun on Friday and Saturday nights is inevitable until the early morning.

The area around the hotel felt unsafe. There's a Lawson, but it's a hangout spot so I can't go there. It's also very lively and noisy.
