The overall experience is wonderful, they provide careful service and the location of the hotel is really convenient. However, the public bath area is relatively small comparing to my expectations, so sometimes it was not that chill when sharing 5+ people in that area.
Breakfast is great, but if you stay for couple nights, then I suggest just booking two of the sections is enough.

Good location. Many restaurants nearby. Donki and other pharmacies are in the next street. Room is clean and bigger than I expected.

Booked this room last minute, and for a Japanese hotel, it wasn't small at all. I have faith in Mitsui properties, and the location was good too. Parking took a bit longer than expected, and the room rate was quite high though!

The room was small but had everything we needed. The location was super convenient. Overall, it was great. The staff were very welcoming. They had a nice system where you could pick up disposable amenities yourself from the lobby as needed, which was a thoughtful touch. Ichiran Ramen and many cafes were just a five-minute walk away.

The public bath was smaller than those in the other hotels we’ve stayed at, but overall it was great. I found the view from the bath very relaxing. Having a sauna and a gym would make it even better.
Breakfast was tasty and offered a wide selection of different foods, mostly Asian dishes. I had high expectations for the kaisendon, but unfortunately it was just okay. I appreciated the professional attitude of the restaurant staff.

Every time I go to Tokyo or Taipei, I always stay at Mitsui. This time, my experience at Mitsui Fukuoka was just so-so. For a self-driving trip, parking nearby is incredibly expensive, and if you arrive a bit later, you definitely won't find a spot. The room was just as small, and the mattress was so soft that sleeping with two people felt like there was a hole in the middle. Breakfast was plentiful but the flavors were quite strong. The sushi and sashimi bowls were pre-made, stored in the fridge, and then brought out, so the fish slices were already dry. The sashimi bowl was super mini. The hotel is only four stops from Fukuoka Airport, and it's just a few minutes' walk after you exit the station. This hotel is a 5-minute walk from Chuo-ku Subway Station. There's a Don Quijote and Matsumoto Kiyoshi nearby. While it's not as big as the Tenjin area, it's enough for general shopping.
