There was a musty smell. The location was convenient, and there's an all-you-can-eat beef BBQ nearby.

The only saving grace is the location. Very near amenities, shopping arcade, eateries, subway stations and places of interest. However housekeeping is very much to be desired. Stayed for 4 nights and each day we requested room to be tidied. The bed was duly made up and toiletries were topped up. Other than that, one day there wasn't any rubbish bag in the bin, the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned as the morning toothpaste foam could still be seen in the evening when we got back. No toilet paper roll in the dispenser and the coffee cups were not washed with coffee stains still at the bottom of the cups. Staff weren't too friendly either but weren't rude as well.

Before staying, I thought it wouldn't be great, but I had no other options for the holidays. It turned out to be surprisingly good! The location is excellent, and there's a convenience store right in front of the hotel, which is super handy.

The room was clean and tidy. We were told that we could schedule the cleaning service before 11 AM, but even when we scheduled it for 10:30 AM, they still didn't clean it. I hope they can improve this.

The room very very small, they dont provide room cleaning everyday, so be aware of your rubbish inside of the room, especially if you buy back any foods or drinks to your hotel rooms. Then, they do not provide mineral water for drinking inside the room, so remember to buy mineral water from 7-11 stores, or Lawson, or bring your own water bottle, there is water dispenser at Level 1

The location is really good, which close to train stations and all convenience stores. However, the room and the hall had a weird smell, it even had a smoking smell as well; he room smell dirty and damp, I had to open the window though outside was hot to have some air circulated in the room. The towel gave a feeling of bleach used that caused the hands uneasy.

There was dried blood on the pillowcase. Not a stain - actual dried blood. That's all you need to know.

What else is there to say? It's amazing value for money, and there's a self-service laundry too!

Very clean and new! The room was very comfortable and it’s an excellent location. I would stay here again.

Located right in the centre of Nakasu. There's a familymart in front of the hotel and it's easy enough. Check in is with a machine so be prepared.
