The room was very spacious, easily fitting three people's luggage. There was also a small table inside where we could put food, and a balcony to enjoy the view.

This hotel offers great value for money, with all the amenities you'd expect from a serviced apartment. However, there are a few minor downsides. 1. The electronic lock on the room door only gives you a very short window to open it after entering the code. We had trouble getting in multiple times and almost got locked out. Luckily, my family figured out the timing. If a foreign guest couldn't get in, they'd have to call customer service for help, and without a local number, they might incur high international call charges, which is very inconvenient. I suggest adding Line or WhatsApp as contact methods for customer service, as email is simply too inefficient. 2. There's a washing machine in the room, but the provided hangers are made of wood and there are very few of them. It's definitely not enough for a family, and there's a concern about mold.

If you have a choice, I'd really advise against staying at an unmanned hotel. Communication is incredibly difficult for everything. I booked a total of six rooms for this trip, and even before arrival, I had to go back and forth multiple times via email just to sort out the booking numbers. It should have been straightforward, but it turned into such a hassle. When we finally got there, the self check-in machine took an exceptionally long time. The interface wasn't very user-friendly, requiring us to repeatedly input information. As for the rooms, they were really nothing special – small, and the power outlets were inconveniently placed. The bathroom also started to flood after a couple of days of use. But the most disappointing thing was when I filled out a request form for towel changes, specifying the quantity needed for each room. The next day, several of the triple and quad rooms were missing towels. They charge per person, but when it comes to towels, they completely ignore that rule. With an unmanned hotel, there's no one to address issues immediately, which was really frustrating. The cleanliness was just average too; I even saw food residue in the kitchen sink. The surrounding area is mediocre, with a few small restaurants nearby and a convenience store about a 5-minute walk away. All in all, it was pretty standard, but the price was excessively high for the Chinese New Year period.

The apartment was fully equipped with cooking utensils, a microwave, a gas stove, and a hairdryer, which was incredibly convenient. They also provided fresh towels daily, toiletries, body wash, and shampoo. Plus, having a Lawson and a 7-Eleven just a 3-minute walk away was an absolute bonus!

It's a bit far from the airport, but it's clean and spacious, so it's great value for money. The self-check-in system isn't difficult at all. I would definitely visit again.

The accommodation is about a 15-minute walk from the city center. It was great to have a washing machine, microwave, dishes, and a frying pan in the room, so we could buy groceries at the supermarket and easily cook simple meals there.

Clean, convenient with a microwave and such, which was great. The bathroom was also clean and handy.

Clean and hygienic, the bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent.
