The hotel got free shuttle bus to arrange pick up from Fukuoka airport,please pre arrange with the hotel.Friendly and helpful staffs,will definitely stay the same hotel if I visit Fukuoka again.

Good location for early flight next day with the complimentary free shuttle to airport! Nearby have eateries, Ippudo just across hotel and Don Quijote which makes last minute shopping a breeze.

The airport shuttle is super convenient! The hotel service was also excellent. I hadn't booked the shuttle in advance that day, but I called the hotel and they came to pick me up at the airport right away. Truly grateful!

Initially, I was a bit worried about this hotel's distance from Hakata Station, even considering switching to one closer to Tenjin. However, after checking in, the service truly exceeded my expectations! There's a shuttle to Hakata Station every half an hour, and the vehicles are incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The driver was also very polite. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to the airport, and when the driver said 'thank you' at the end, I almost teared up. Fukuoka is just wonderful, everyone I met was so lovely. I told the driver 'see you next time'! I will definitely be back! I also really liked that this hotel only has a shower and no bathtub, which is a big plus for me as most hotels in Fukuoka have bathtubs, and I'm not a fan. This one, thankfully, has a separate wet and dry area. A huge thank you to every staff member at the hotel; they truly showed me the good in people and helped me disconnect from my busy and anxious life. My feelings don't lie, and it wasn't even raining outside! Thank you!

The shuttle bus service is very friendly to tourists who need to catch an early flight. It also runs to Hakata station which saves me a lot of time.

Bus to airport is not operate in the early morning before 07.00am. Staff can booking taxi for you.

The service and rooms were quite good, and it's very close to the airport, though a bit far from Hakata city center. The surrounding area only has a convenience store, a pharmacy, and a few restaurants, so amenities are limited. Everything else was fine.

Although the room is small, the hotel is clean and good overall.

Highly recommend to the traveller who takes morning flight. They provide free shuttle to Airport and Hakata Station. The twin room is clean and spacious.  The staff are very helpful and can communicate in English.

I like staying at Nexus even though it's quite far away from the metropolitbut the were very nice and the accommodation were convenient and cleaned. I found that d hotel offered the transportation to go to dear choice spots, which is very convenient for us. If I have a chance to go to Fukuoka again , I will go to nexus.

The room was very clean and amenities were excellent. Small room, however, suitable for short stays. Bonus is free shuttle service to Hakata Station and airport. Breakfast was delicious and value for money. Will stay again in future.
