The room is about 21 square meters, which is quite spacious and comfortable for Japan. There's a large public bath on the 10th floor, which is really refreshing. They have a shuttle bus to JR Chihaya Station, which helps mitigate the somewhat secluded location. The surroundings are beautiful, and the breakfast is decent, though there's quite a noticeable gap compared to the SORA next door – you get what you pay for. I'd say UMI is good for solo travelers, and SORA for couples!

Everything else was great. However, I'm not sure who made the mistake when entering the information. I booked a deluxe twin room, and when I booked, the page showed two 1.6-meter beds. But what I got were two 1.2-meter beds. The hotel staff even measured them and insisted that the room type was correct and that these beds were the standard size for this room type. I hope the hotel communicates with Trip.com promptly to correct this to avoid future misunderstandings.

Great, convenient, and the breakfast was good. Overall, very satisfied.

Located in the Fukuoka Port area, it's about a 35-40 minute drive to the city center. Free parking is available, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I was surprised to find a dedicated duty-free shop, which I assume is for tourists, as it's the first time I've seen one in Japan 😅😅. Definitely worth a stay.

The room was clean and the bathroom was more spacious than other business hotels in Japan. The surrounding area is also quite good, and it's the newest hotel on the island. There's a local supermarket right next door, which makes shopping very convenient.
