I didn’t receive the check in information but after calling the number (they speak English too) of the hotel they quickly provide me everything I needed. The room was really spacious and everything inside was clean. The bed is comfortable and the window was truly nice to wake up with the sun.

It was spacious and comfortable for a family room, but there was too much dust and the dishes were difficult to use. The location was farther from the subway station than I thought.

I highly recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My partner's health deteriorated soon after we arrived at the hotel,
and it was very helpful that all the dishes and microwave were provided and there was a convenience store nearby (crying)
The room was clean and spacious, and the toilet and bathroom were separate!
There was also a dressing room and washing machine!
I would definitely like to stay here again!

Marine Messe and Nakasu are both within walking distance.
It was a shame that all the surrounding parking lots were full,
