this hotel locates center of tienjen, can achieve all kinds of shop within 3 minutes

Hotel located near tenjin-minami subway sta. And plenty of shopping. Walk to tenjin highway bus Terminal opposite the hotel. No clock in the room.

The location is good. Near to shopping, food and trains/subway. There is a shrine just opposite. Also the cafe Blue Bottle.

Very convenient and close to many attractions in the city. The hotel is located right in the heart of Fukuoka, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff provided excellent service. I was very impressed with my stay!

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. Don Quijote and drugstores are nearby. The bus stop right outside is also a big plus. There are many shopping options in the vicinity, and it's not too far from the airport. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and close to everything ! Blue bottle(opposite the hotel) , donki(5mins walking distance), bus stop(infront of the hotel), tenjin station, 武藏(1mins walking distance) and manyyyy more !

The staffs were very nice, the location of the hotel is impressive bus stops, underground are super close and there are a lot of store nearby. Will definitely come back again

Location is great easy to access everything like shopping center, donki, yatai, restaurant, and transportation. Or you can take a taxi to airport which cost about2500¥ in the morning. The room is spacious (i book 21 sq.m.) and clean i would recommend this place if you come to fukuoka

It’s located in the very center of Tenjin, very easy to go everywhere, just a few steps from many nice restaurants and shops nearby… a few hundred meters from many stations of public transportation

Not far from the station, making it very convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The room was clean and tidy. My friend and I booked rooms in the same price range, and perhaps because ours was at the very end of the hall, our room was larger, fitting an extra desk's worth of space.

The location is perfect. It’s near to the major malls and all are within 10-15 minutes walk.

Location is perfect nearby the department store and MRT. Room is good.

Very convenient location in the city and next to the underground

I booked a hotel with them a long time back (with a non-refundable option despite booking months in advance) and through Agoda's questionably deceptive UI, the booking was cancelled. I needed to reinstate some way or another, but was repeatedly told by Agoda that the hotel is refusing to refund or reinstate, even considering I had rebooked the exact same dates and time on the day of arrival. Somehow, this qualifies as "no-show" and they kept the full price I originally paid of around US$500 from months prior. Even though I had fully paid for another booking for the exact same room and dates, they refused to refund or come to any compromise with regard to the booking and kept the full amount. What I found to be more ludicrous is that they offer 2 days full refund cancellations on their own website. The rates were about the same and even if you cancel the night before, you only get charged a 20% fee. That is ridiculous considering they had a fully non-refundable option on Agoda. It seems they have an equally horrible policy on trip.com as well. In addition, I had a terrible experience with unhelpful staff that insisted on speaking Japanese to me when there was clealy a staff member that spoke English next to her (I checked in with him the day before). That led to a lot of confusion and in the end, a lot of unhelpful chatter. Even the staff issues aside, do not book with them through Agoda, and in my opinion, otherwise. With this terrible experience, I will never book with them or their affiliate hotels ever again.
