I found some parts that were not cleaned thoroughly. Except for this one, everything was good

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and very convenient. Hygiene: The hygiene is relatively clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is decent. Dining options aren't too far, and it's very close to the subway station. Service: The service attitude is excellent and enthusiastic.

The room was spacious and the service was good, but it's not very close to Tenjin Station, about a 7-8 minute walk. There are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, which is convenient for shopping. Overall, it's pretty good value for money, but the duvet was quite annoying.

The room was clean and tidy. If you opt out of housekeeping, you get free instant noodles.

I give this hotel full marks. The location is excellent; if you want to buy groceries, cosmetics, clothes, or furniture, Aeon, Uniqlo, Nitori, and Loft are all within a five-minute walk from the hotel, and most offer tax-free shopping. There's free bottled water available downstairs, and the lobby feels more upscale than a typical business hotel. My room even had a view of the distant sea. I didn't book breakfast this time, as there's a Matsuya nearby where you can get a set meal for a few hundred yen. Finally, I left my iPad behind, and after a phone call, they kindly arranged to mail it to a domestic address in Japan. The entire process was flawless. If you're staying in Tenjin, I highly recommend this hotel.

The room and bed were a bit small, but the location is excellent. It's just a few minutes walk to Tenjin and about 8km from the airport, which is very convenient. Overall, it's still a good choice.

The room is comfy, not super small

Great value for money, and the room was quite spacious with a 1.2-meter bed. It's not super convenient, though. If you love shopping, I'd recommend staying closer to the LV store. You can access the subway via Exit 5 or East 2 through the Tenjin Underground Mall.

The hotel's location is excellent, with many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. It's also very quiet at night. The service is great, I highly recommend staying here. There's a fantastic revolving sushi restaurant on the front street with very fresh ingredients. Many locals dine there.
