great location 10 mins walk to tennjin and hakata and round to corner can access subway！

(Rather) spacious room. Excellent location. Others are fine.

Location is very convenient at the back door you can walk direct to Subway only 2 minutes and also to Donki. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants and convenient store. There are many staff members and the service is good. The X'mas market is opposite the hotel.

This hotel is located in Nakasu, right in front of the famous yatai (food stalls), making it incredibly convenient for late-night snacks. Nearby, you'll also find the 24-hour Ichiran Ramen main store and Don Quijote.

My first time to Fukuoka so I didn’t really know which area I should book so I ended booking in the Nakasu, Hakata. The original Ichiran store is a 2min walk, and the Canal City shopping complex is about 10mins walk and there is also a Don Quijote around the corner. But that is about all there is in the area. If anything, Nakasu becomes like a big adult entertainment area in the evening (eg a lot of girls clubs). There is also the yatai (or Fukuoka nightly food stalls) within walking distance. However, I notice that it is mainly Japanese patrons occupying these yatai, so it was a somewhat difficult for someone who couldn’t speak Japanese. The hotel is also about a 10min walk to the Tenjin shopping area which is more lively. Possibly because of a construction happening a couple of buildings away, I found that the room was quite dusty. As a sufferer of seasonal allergies, the extra dust wrecked havoc on my sinus. To be fair, the hotel did mention that there was construction near its hotel and that this could lead to extra noise or dust. The room itself was definitely big enough, but the bathroom was somewhat outdated.

Great location - near to subway, supermarket, ichiran HQ, don quijote and canal city. Family mart and Lawson is in the same street, and 7-11 opposite. Nearest subway is orange line which is the airport line. Can take free shuttle from international airport to domestic airport, then take the subway. Hotel is a bit dated but room is large enough for a comfortable stay. Had an additional bed and it was not a sofa bed. Plenty of space for 2 large luggages and more. Complimentary bedroom slippers and bottled water provided. Shower amenities were great, but water pressure was a bit low. Overall, a great stay and will choose this hotel again if I return.

The hotel is close to exits 1 and 4 of Nakasu Kawabata metro station (exit 1 has only a short stair, and exit 4 has an elevator and escalator). Exit 4 is in a small shopping mall building that has a Donki on the 1st and 2nd floors, and a Cocokara drugstore and Foodway supermarket in the basement. Every convenience store brand is not far from the hotel. If you get off at exit 4, you can use the little alley in picture 5 to shorten your distance. The hotel is clean and comfy. The room is big enough for two people (twin bed), bigger than other hotels. Overall, it was great to stay and sleep for four nights. The body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are so great to use; I can't find them to buy, but I couldn't find a shower cap in the room 🤣.

Great location, next to Don Quijote and the famous ichiran ramen!

This was my third time in Fukuoka, and this stay was just an overnight stop. It's super convenient to get here from the airport – just four or five stops on the K Line (airport line). The hotel's back entrance is only about 50 meters from the subway exit. Inside, there's a faint, pleasant essential oil aroma. The room was small but perfectly adequate, and it even had a luggage rack. Out the front, there's a canal. If you turn left and walk a few minutes, you'll find a street full of food stalls. Cross the bridge and there's a small park with a cafe and a beautiful villa that's a cultural heritage site. If you turn right out the front and cross the road, you'll find the original Ichiran Ramen. I tried to go twice but couldn't get in. One time, at over 9 PM, the wait was 40 minutes, and another time, at 10 AM, it was 100 minutes! The ramen shop is open 24 hours, so if you want to avoid the queue, you might have to go much earlier or much later.

The location is great, and it's very convenient for transportation.

Convenient location and close to the metro. Easy to access to Tenjin and other areas. There is DONKI just around the corner and a supermarket which close at very late night. The room is fine and my comment is the mattress is a bit hard. The staff service is average only and not as courteous as other hotels which I stayed many different types of hotels. They seems indifferent and not quite willing to offer help.

A good location and very close JR station.. A reasonable sized room and well maintained. Plus next to ICHIRAN ramen main shop, so you can be there anytime and don’t need to line up for a long time.

When I visited the hotel last year after COVID-19, I chose it as the best place or place to enjoy my first family trip with my parents because of the good kindness and good hotel location and service. However, compared to the time of my visit in January 2025, the concierge and the staff responded less. The staff standing in the concierge but looking only at the counter. Why are they standing at the middle table in front of the automated check-in machine? The customer didn't respond even though they were in front of the concierge. Eventually, I moved. I answered in Japanese, but what is the reaction of the male employee who speaks English until the end? I used it many times before COVID-19, but I don't want to use it if I visit as soon as possible.

The location is decent, right by the river, making it convenient to get around. This trip to Fukuoka was just a short stopover. The room was quite small, but sufficient. In the evening, you can go to the pier across the way to take a boat.
