Good location and helpful staffs. Can walk through underpass to jr station which is very helpful especially on rainy days. Good service especially when we need emergency doctor assistance

The location is fantastic, only about 200 meters from Hakata Station's Chikushi Exit. The bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the room wasn't huge, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. You could choose from four set meals, but the portions were tiny – I stayed for three days and never felt full once.

Overall, this stay felt average. The hotel location is fairly convenient, making it easy to get around. The front desk service was acceptable and the check-in process was reasonably efficient. The room cleanliness met basic standards. Overall, there were no major issues, but nothing particularly impressive either, suitable for travelers with modest expectations. Note to traveller that may need late check out:Late check-out will incur an additional fee of 2500 yen.

Front desk personnel were friendly and check in (2pm onwards) was a breeze. We arrived much earlier and they were thoughtful to deliver our luggages to our room. Room size was big, considering the Osaka standard, and it was comfortable stay. They provided amenities and also bath salt at lobby for self service. Location was excellent, near Hakata station.

This hotel is larger than your average Japanese hotel and very clean. It's super close to day tour meeting points and Hakata Station, so I highly recommend it! Just a heads-up, the front desk gave me a room at the very end of the hallway (a 'tail room'), so if that bothers you, definitely mention it to them.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Hakata Station. From JR Hakata Station, take the Chikushi Exit East, turn right onto the sidewalk and walk straight. After the first large intersection, continue straight. You'll soon cross a smaller intersection, and past that will be a Lawson convenience store. The hotel entrance is right after Lawson. If you find the right exit, it's very easy to get to, taking about 3-4 minutes. The subway entrances for the Airport Line and Nanakuma Line are even closer to the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. They explained all the rules in English, even using pictures to detail the daily housekeeping services. The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The overall hygiene was good. The room window could be opened slightly, though there was no view. Because of its convenience, I would consider staying here again in the future.

This hotel is super close to the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station, which was really convenient since our day tour meeting point was right in front of the Lawson convenience store in the plaza. It made dining and getting around incredibly easy. The room itself wasn't huge, but the bathroom was very clean. They tidied up daily, changed towels, and refilled our mineral water, so the daily service was pretty good. For breakfast, there are three set menus plus one seasonal option, and all of them tasted great. We started each day feeling refreshed and energized!

Highly recommend! I was debating between a few hotels, but choosing this one was definitely the right decision 👍. The service was excellent; the front desk staff always greeted us warmly. The best part, though, is the location! It's fantastic! Super close to the Hakata Ramen Street, with all sorts of restaurants nearby, and Yodobashi Camera is also in the vicinity. Plus, for those transferring to different parts of Kyushu, it's less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel to Hakata Station – absolutely brilliant! The only minor drawback, if I had to name one, is that it gets a bit dark at night, but I guess that's common for Japanese hotels.

The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's easy to access from the airport and for taking JR trains. Even the meeting point for the day tour I booked was conveniently located nearby. The staff were very friendly, and the room was a decent size, with enough space to fully open a large suitcase.

Hotel is in a superb location just opposite the Hakata main station. Food and drinks options are plenty since it’s so central. Easy to travel everywhere. And there’s also a convenience store right below. Room is clean and with full amenities. Only wish was the TV has international channels.

Excellent location. Short walk to train station. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Many eateries and cafes within walking distance. Value for money. Will book again

The bathroom is very spacious, and the room itself is quite generous for a Japanese hotel. It offers excellent soundproofing. The location is superb, being very close to Hakata Station, with plenty of convenient shopping and dining options nearby. The airport is also just about a 15-minute bus ride away.
