Room: It's quite spacious, but the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable – they offer no support at all. It would be much better if they could improve that. Environment: The view from the window is beautiful overall! Food & Dining: The breakfast variety is a bit limited and doesn't change daily. After a couple of days, I got tired of it and had to go out to find other options.

It's true that getting around is convenient, but the room had a really strong body odor. I sprayed some perfume when I first entered, thinking it would help, but after going out and coming back, the smell was still there. I went downstairs to the front desk, and they immediately arranged a new room for me. The front desk staff even came up personally to confirm the 'smell' I mentioned, and he even laughed when he smelled it himself... He said to me in Japanese, 'The smell is a bit strong, isn't it?' I really suggest not to be so cheap as to hire staff with such strong body odor, as it can be a nuisance for guests. The hotel rooms in Japan are small and often have no windows, so they can be poorly ventilated.

This hotel definitely shows its age, but you can still see glimpses of its past glory. The room size was decent, and the service was good, with all the necessary amenities. My only minor complaints are that the TV was tiny, and the bed faced a mirror directly. Also, if you turn off the main power switch, your phone won't charge.

The hotel is quite good. The facilities are a bit old but very well maintained. The service is exceptional, it's definitely my top choice for my next trip to Fukuoka!

The Okura Hotel has a great location. Its back exit leads directly to a bustling area, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room itself isn't very spacious, and the facilities are a bit dated. The cleanliness isn't as meticulous as it used to be. However, the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the internet connection is excellent, which is a big plus for a smaller room.

The Okura is a classic hotel with excellent, attentive service. The front desk and concierge staff are highly professional, and the environment is clean and hygienic. Its location, nestled between Hakata and Tenjin, is incredibly convenient, making it the perfect choice for a trip to Fukuoka.

Hotel is very clean and staffs from front desk were very friendly Its just beside the mall amd no worries on finding food! The parking was shared with a mall and charged at reasonable price of 2000yen daily Happy to stay here!

Overall, a classic Japanese Hotel with great attentive service. Despite the hotel being older and dated, the attentive service and cleanliness makes up for that. Thanks for the great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Okura Hotel Fukuoka! The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The amenities were well-prepared and of great quality, and the housekeeping team was very thoughtful and attentive. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and swimming pool — entry requires an additional fee, but the pricing is reasonable. We came to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Although no special decorations could be arranged, the hotel kindly prepared some birthday cookies as a gesture, which was very sweet. This hotel will definitely be my top choice whenever I visit Fukuoka again. 這次入住福岡大倉酒店的體驗非常棒！工作人員友善熱情，貼心的服務讓人有種回到家的感覺。酒店的設施準備周全、品質優良，客房清潔服務也非常細心周到。酒店設有健身室、桑拿和游泳池，使用需要額外收費，但價格合理。 這次是為了替父親慶祝生日而入住，雖然無法安排特別佈置，但酒店仍貼心準備了生日曲奇作為心意，讓人倍感溫暖。這家酒店一定會是我下次來福岡時的首選！

The location is great,m. Has direct connection (underground) with the subway station. The clerks are very friendly, and exceeds expectations.

The location is 1 station away from Tenjin shopping area and 2 station away from Hakata station. Room is clean and wide choice of toiletries to choose. We were there while Fukuoka is celebrating a few summer events. The conceign had patiently guided us how to go to the best location to watch the performance.

Excellent location, right above a subway station. It's situated perfectly between Fukuoka's two main shopping districts, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Highly recommended!

Staff were very pleasant and courteous, always eager to help. Amenities well maintained and clean. Car parking facility in hotel basement was convenient and inexpensive, at JPY2000 per day. Room was clean, smell free and well appointed. Air temperature of air conditioning was precise and reliable, giving a good night’s sleep.
