Grand STAY Hakata Station North Reviews

We are enjoying for staying here :-) The location is good, quiet and clean. It's about 15min walking distance from Hakata Station. There got a family mart in 10min walking distance. The room is very clean. There got some amenities facilities as the pictures shows. As a nutshell, I will recommend it to my friends who going to travel in Foukouka.

Require to walk about 15mins from Hakata stn. Easy self check in and check out. Room as per photo. 2 big double and 1 single bed. Enough for 5paxs. Not enough space to open our luggage. Beds are comfortable.

The room is neat and the location is quite convenient However, the main entrance door always had technical problems that we needed to contact the staff and reset..

The room equipment is very high-end, including a washing machine with drying function, a projector, a microwave, a detailed shower head, and a very comfortable double bed. I am very satisfied with everything.

It was nice because it was clean and quiet. It was even better because I could make simple meals. It was even nicer because I could use a washing machine to wash and dry towels and clothes. It was a shame that it was a bit far from Hakata Station.

The hotel has self-service check-in, and tablet computers are available in different languages, which is very convenient. The location is a bit remote, so it's not friendly if you don't drive. There will be insufficient parking spaces in the hotel's parking lot, so it's only available on a first-come, first-served basis. If it's full, there are paid parking lots nearby for about 600-800 yen a night. The facilities are OK, the hygiene and the beds are acceptable.

Although it is a self-service system, I had trouble checking in and out. Perhaps because it is a foreign company, when I entered my reservation number and converted my name into kanji, it said there was no match, and although it said to scan a QR code, no QR code was sent when I made the reservation, so I was quite troubled. I was almost at the point where I couldn't check out properly and had to say goodbye. It would be helpful if they provided a manual or something in advance on how to enter check-in and check-out information. I was satisfied with the facilities in the room, including a drum washing machine and separate toilet and bathroom, which allowed me to take a long bath. It was also nice that there were plenty of electrical outlets. Now that I know how to check in, I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

The location is far from the station, but I think it's really good for 4 to 5 people. The accommodation was clean and nice. However, it is difficult to move around if you have a lot of luggage. You couldn't store your luggage until check-in on the first day, so I had to use a coin locker, but when I got there around 11 o'clock, there were no seats, so my schedule was completely messed up. Please consider carefully and plan accordingly. The view is a city view, and you can check in online when you arrive at the accommodation.

It's clean and has enough space for our family of 4. Since we only stayed one night, we felt it was a good idea. We didn’t know whether the subway was close or not, but we could get to Hakata Station in just a few minutes. Self-service check-in

The location is relatively inconvenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Hakata Station. There are no subway or bus stops nearby, but the room is large and clean. There is a kitchen for self-catering. The CP value is high!

The room has 2 double beds and 1 single bed, as well as a kitchenette. There is a washing machine and drying function in the bathroom, making it convenient for short-stay families. There is also a projector, which my family likes very much.

The service was very good with neat facilities, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I will definitely use it again when I travel to Fukuoka again!!
