I booked a bit late, so I ended up getting a twin room all to myself just for the Arashi concert. Before this, I had tentative bookings at two other places, but I chose this hotel because I liked that the bathroom was separate, and even though the toilet and sink were together, the space felt really generous. I stayed for two nights, and when I declined housekeeping, they gave me two bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Thank you!

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. It was a shame that the light right inside the room couldn't be turned off, and that there weren't enough room key cards for everyone upfront (though they said more could be provided if requested). The drink bar service was excellent.

It was convenient because I could get there by taking just one train from Fukuoka Airport. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was separate from the toilet, which was great for relaxing.

The lounge had a drink bar, which was great because I could relax and use my laptop. The room was also larger than I expected.

The room facilities are a bit dated, but the neighborhood is very quiet, which I liked. The separate wet and dry areas are a big plus, and the single room is quite spacious. It was very comfortable for one person. There are plenty of good value restaurants nearby.

The room was spacious and perfectly adequate for one person, and complimentary drinks were provided, which was a nice touch! There was even sparkling wine in the evening, which I enjoyed! I had a great experience staying here before, so I booked this for the Zepp concert! The room was large, the AC worked well, the bathroom was spacious, and the window was large, which was really nice. The fridge in my room wasn't working properly, so my drink was lukewarm, so I went to the lounge to get some ice, but they said I couldn't bring it back to my room. 😭 There was a notice, but I didn't see it, so I apologized. I explained to them that the fridge wasn't working, and they changed my room! Thankfully, the fridge in my replacement room cooled down quickly, so it was very useful. I always come here for dome concerts, so I'll definitely book again.👍

I had a live show and asked if they could leave my luggage before check-in, and they were very friendly and asked me, "Will you be back after the show?" even though I wasn't going to a show, which really showed their professionalism. I will definitely stay at Gaia again next time I visit Fukuoka!! I also really like how the bath area, shower, and toilet are separate!

The room was clean. Not only did they store my suitcases early, but they also kept the room cool in consideration of the summer heat. I also appreciated the wine and drink service. I'm very satisfied. Thank you very much.

The attitude of the Indian guy at the front desk needs to be improved. Everything else is OK. The transportation is convenient. The free water bar is very warm and cost-effective. It is worth staying. I will stay again if I have the opportunity.

I had a comfortable stay! It was good that the toilet and the bathroom were separate. However, the drainage in the bathroom was not good and it took several minutes for the water to drain away. Maybe the drain was clogged? For example, hair gets tangled up in it, right? Other than that, the air conditioning in the room was convenient and there were no problems, and the location was good.
