This place barely deserves a rating. 1. **Check-in**: It's a self-check-in system where you have to input all guest information on a tablet. The passport photo recognition barely works, so we had to manually enter everything. For travelers whose time is precious, this is the worst system imaginable. 2. **Luggage Storage**: There's no one available to assist, so luggage storage is simply not possible. 3. **Room**: The ceiling looks unfinished with exposed concrete. The cleanliness and dust levels were clearly visible. 4. **Noise**: There's absolutely no soundproofing. We could clearly hear people shouting, laughing, and chatting from the next room or upstairs past 3 AM, which woke our children up multiple times. We could also hear chairs scraping, doors closing, and lights turning on. 5. **Surroundings**: Being right by the Nakasu River, we could clearly hear people talking loudly as they passed by. Even though the weather was nice, we couldn't open the balcony door at night because of the persistent smell of cigarette smoke, which seemed to come from both inside and outside. We came here looking for a slightly more spacious place for our kids, but it was a huge disappointment.

I was worried because of all the bad reviews, but honestly, I don't know what kind of amazing places these people are used to staying in. You really need to set your expectations according to the price you pay. First off, the location is great for getting to Canal City, and the view of the Naka River is lovely. The bathtub was cleaned pretty well, and the bedding was standard. The pillows had disposable covers, which was a nice touch. The bathroom (toilet) is separate from the shower room, located in a room directly across from it, not next door. As for dust, just open the window for ventilation, and it's gone. There are only three units per floor, so if you have good neighbors, noise isn't an issue. Some reviews mentioned not being able to go out late at night or whatever... but I just entered the password and the main entrance worked perfectly fine. I went out and had fun late at night without any problems. I would definitely stay here again.

Even if there's a problem, you have to deal with an AI. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free trip.

It feels like a hotel that's been converted into an Airbnb. Overall, it's clean. For a Japanese accommodation, the room size is quite large, making it suitable for a family of four.

The room was spacious and great! The location is also good, a bit of a walk to both the bus stop and subway station, but not an inconvenient distance. The amenities were also sufficient. There were generally two points of dissatisfaction. One was a minor complaint, but the light bulb was out, making it a bit dim. The real issue was the second point: there was absolutely no hot water the entire stay. Although it says it's easy to stay, hot water only came out for about 10 minutes by chance, and then it was cold water the whole time. Even though there were instructions on how to restore it, having to leave the room to fix it just to get hot water is really something else. It's a shame, but personally, I don't think I'll be staying here again.😅

The best part was the room we got have washing machine it save our times to go coin laundry. Bathroom and the room are big enough The only thing about cleaning I think the floor need to be mop with hot water because it’s a bit oily when we first arrived , not just vacuum. Location are okay if you don’t mind to walk 15mins from station

Loved this Hotel! Check-in a little complicated, but really if Trip.com communicated better with me it would’ve been fine. There is no staff at the hotel. But the room was awesome! A little apartment: fridge and small kitchen with utensils, sofa. Balcony overlooking the river. Quiet location. Nice size bathroom with tub and shower. Also a washing machine, what a bonus.

This was my first time staying at a hotel with self-check-in and self-check-out, so I was unfamiliar with it and it took some effort, but I was relieved that they were happy to help if I called. The location was good, with a convenience store and restaurants within walking distance. I was able to find a delicious restaurant at the nearby Yanagibashi Union Market. The room was dusty, the table was unstable, the hot water was lukewarm, and there were some problems with the amenities, but I contacted them and they replaced the amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having a washer/dryer was a great bonus.

Although the location is a bit out of the way, the riverside view was nice, it was quiet, the room was spacious, and it was great to have a washing machine in the kitchen. However, it feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel. It is a bit disappointing that cleaning and laundry are all self-service.

The room size is great for a family trip to Japan. However, there is too much dust. Also, only one heater was working, so it was very cold. The tablecloth was completely peeling off, and the duvet and mattress were appalling. It was an accommodation that left a little to be desired.

I booked this place a month in advance after extensive research, and it was exactly as I expected. It's hard to find accommodations this size in Japan. The room and bathroom are large and comfortable. As it's an older building, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing, but that was to be expected, so I was able to live with it. The extra pillows were a bit dirty. The location is a bit tricky, but the quiet surroundings make it a great place to relax and enjoy the wide view of the Nakasu River. There are also convenience stores, supermarkets, and excellent izakayas within a five-minute walk of the hotel. Some reviews say the entrance is locked after midnight, and that was true. I went down to the first floor and opened the side door for myself. Please be aware of this. Here's one really important thing to note: After you've been assigned a room at the kiosk and entered the digital door password, the door doesn't automatically lock. You have to manually turn it to lock it, and you must also press the round button when you leave. I didn't realize this and assumed the door would automatically lock when closed. So one day, I went out and found the door unlocked. My iPad and all my valuables were in the room. I hope you enjoy your trip.

It's a bit far from the main street, and there aren't many cafes or other places nearby, which is a bit disappointing. However, compared to other Japanese accommodations, the rooms are relatively spacious, and the price isn't bad!

This is the hotel I booked for my last day of rest. The twin room is incredibly spacious. It has a coffee pot, microwave, sink, and even a washing machine. Check-in is via kiosk. I didn't have to contact them separately. I received an 8-digit code via email. Please note that the doors are locked from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Have a nice trip!
