Love this hotel, the location is good, walkable distance from Hakata station. Basic necessities are provided, you can take it from reception. Will come back again next time.

The room was spotless and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night. The onigiri served in the morning was delicious! Overall, a fantastic experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Fukuoka!!

The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station. I thought the room would be very small, but it was actually fine; we could open two large suitcases at the same time. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the cleanliness and soundproofing were both excellent. The best part is that it was cheap and included breakfast, with different burgers every day. The only downside was that there was no kettle in the room; we had to go to the front desk on the 2nd floor for hot water. There's also an electronic scale to avoid overweight baggage. After checking out, we asked the front desk to book a taxi for us to the airport, which took about 10 minutes and cost 1800 yen. We got to experience Japan's taxi service again. The whole trip was perfect and smooth!

The location is pretty good, quite close to Hakata Station. The room was relatively clean, though typically small for Japan. There are several convenience stores downstairs, which is very convenient. The free breakfast was a definite plus! You can even take it to go, which is super handy if you're heading out early.

This was my first time in Fukuoka, and I chose a hotel I'd previously stayed at in Okinawa. First, the good points: it's very smart, the check-in process is simple, and there's free breakfast. The restaurant is outsourced, so the food is quite good (I ate their rice burgers two mornings in a row!). The downside is that the room is really small; it felt a bit cramped for two people.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Hakata Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. Hotel staff was not helpful and lacks the ability to explain things to guests. Was charged a day of carpark fee when I did not use the lot at all, staff did not mention the part where the parking slip has to be returned at 11am in order to not get charged. They still did not mention anything about this charge when we told them we parked outside instead after returning the parking slip. It was only when checked out then we were told by the manager or some sort that if the parking slip was not return by 11am, a day charge will be charged. Overall, a bad experience, parking lot was very empty and their excuses was that there were loss incurred when we didn’t park there so we have to pay for the loss?!?

All the points were perfect. I just realized it was such a good place. Every moment I spent there was happy. The reliable ringtone of the good staff, the desk staff, the perfect maid service, and the room catering service all feel mature, and the food is delicious. It was even better because the hotel entrance felt cozy and comfortable from the entrance. The hotel restaurant was also nice.

This was my first time staying in Atami, then Okinawa, and now Fukuoka. As someone with social anxiety, I really appreciate hotels where you can check in and out completely self-service. All three locations were incredibly convenient for transportation and offered great value for money, with breakfast included in the room rate. The breakfast options were different at each place. This time in Hakata, the hotel was super close to the commercial district – only about a 6-minute walk to the Hankyu area. If you want to go to Tenjin, it's just 2-3 subway stops away, and for Dazaifu or other surrounding areas, you can walk to the bus terminal in just a few minutes.

The rooms in this hotel are small but decent, clean, and tidy. The bathroom facilities are all complete, and it's self-check-in with free breakfast. It's also very close to the station. It's alright.

The hotel is really close to the station, about a 5-8 minute walk. There are tons of food options nearby, plus convenience stores like Lawson, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart, which is super handy. Japanese hotels are always small, but I was surprised this one didn't have a bathtub. As someone who loves a good soak, I was a bit disappointed. Also, a lot of things are self-service, like the luggage storage, so language isn't an issue. Overall, it was pretty good. We took a taxi from the hotel to the airport, and it wasn't too expensive, about 70 RMB.

The location was super convenience.
