This hotel was our choice for a family trip. The room we initially booked was actually unavailable, even though it was still listed on the website. Our reservation was canceled, but the hotel apologized and offered us a much better room at a great price. Trip.com even compensated us for the price difference. Thanks to the excellent service from both the hotel and Trip.com, our trip was even more enjoyable. We were also incredibly impressed by the kindness of the hotel staff! ♡♡
The hotel room is relatively small, with a visual inspection of ten square meters, the bed is also small, and the pillows are a bit weird. Two people live in one room, which can be described as cruel. Although the location is far from Hakata Station, it is a 20-minute walk. There is a subway station next to it, making it easier to go to the Tenjin area. The surrounding environment is very quiet, not far from the convenience store. Breakfast ends at 8:30, and you won’t be able to catch up when you get up late. But the checkout time is 8pm, which is pretty cool. The sanitary conditions can only be said to be fair, and there is an obvious layer of soil behind the TV.
