Great location within 5 min walking distance from JR Fukuyama station. It is a new hotel. Many restaurant and shops near the station.

Location is good, very accessible to stations, food outlets and mall. In the heart of Fukuyama City. It would be better if they could have the supplementary coffee too.

Check out time is 10:00 am but a loud vacuum cleaner noise is audible at around 08:30 am. No breakfast available. But location is convenient, not that far from the station.

The room was nice and clean, close to the station.
I liked that the TV was big. It was easy to check in and check out by myself. I still want to use it!

The location is near the station. The location is great with a convenience store nearby. Automatic check-in is fine, but no one explains the hotel system, so I often get confused when staying for multiple nights. I would like to have a way to see the explanation in the room. 福山駅近くで安く泊まりたい人向き
駐車場がないので近隣にとめるようになります。
駐車場知らないと高い所あるので注意が必要です。
部屋のテーブルかなり汚れいるように見えましたが、元々汚く見える柄のテーブルです。
これは気づくまで時間かかりました。残念です。
