About the location: not bad but the city centre is a 30 minute bus ride away. The view was great though, especially from the rooftop.
Service and amenities: the early on the go breakfast option is a shame. We payed 18 euros for the breakfast, and got one dry toast sandwich, without butter, a small chocolate pastry, a muesli bar, a banana and a pear which is still not ripe 5 days after the breakfast. I could have bought that from a supermarket for 5 euros and it would taste better. One orange juice was included but no coffee.
By the way the coffee at the breakfast tastes terrible, and I would expect more from the breakfast overall. For the 18 euros I really would have appreciated some salmon or any fish option and more vegetables.
The gym was nice and well equipped for the basic activities, but it was quite hot down there.
The pools are small and not ideal for swimming, they are basically decor elements and mostly enjoyable for playing children.
The massage was nice and relaxing and the massaging lady was very nice and friendly. Unlike most of the other staff members who were often quite unprofessional.
The Wi-Fi was slow and there were times when it was completely unusable.
