When we ordered them again after 20 minutes, thinking our order had been forgotten, they nonchalantly asked us if we really wanted four eggs. After we explained that we had been waiting for ages, there was no apology or anything else, which we found quite inappropriate. All in all, we probably wouldn't book this hotel again, as there were too many negative aspects and experiences for the rather high price.
