Great hotel in a great location. Room was very well decorated and the bed was super comfortable, the shower was also superb. Lovely helpful staff and rooftop was lovely with an amazing view of Funchal. Only criticism was there was no bin in the bathroom and the minibar was not refilled each day. But overall would highly recommend this hotel and would go back

A very well-located space with excellent service. The rooftop pool is very pleasant, and the room is very well-equipped. Special mention goes to the mattress, bedding, and pillows… WONDERFUL!

We had a wonderful stay in Funchal at this very well-located hotel, right in the heart of the city. The location is ideal: close to attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around so much easier. From the moment we arrived, we received a truly warm welcome. The reception staff were professional, attentive, and always available to answer our questions. This made our arrival very reassuring. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the day. There was a wide selection: pastries, fruit, cereals, hot dishes... And I must mention one thing: the person who prepared the eggs in the morning was absolutely lovely.

The heated swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel is a highlight. Going to the top floor to see the night view at night is very beautiful. The location of the hotel is great.
