The Lao Zhai B&B is located above Dongguan Village. The ancient wooden architecture is stunning in the sunset, brimming with historical charm. Inside, the rooms are very modern, and there's a lovely, fresh scent. As soon as I entered the B&B, I felt the cool mountain air invigorate me – the environment here is just fantastic. It's perfect for quietly watching the sunrise and sunset, and you can also visit the massive ancient banyan trees nearby. The owner has put a lot of thought into the small decorations around the property. The breakfast prepared was very thoughtful, and the several meals I ordered were incredibly delicious – excellent cooking!. It was a truly wonderful experience!

Amenities: The room retains the original village's wooden structure, with a loft design and a large bed on the second floor. Thoughtfully provided are heat patches, earplugs, and a surprising foot bath tub. Cleanliness: Overall, it's very clean. There's none of the discomfort you might expect from an old village house. Environment: Being on the mountain, it's perfect for city dwellers looking to slow down, escape the hustle and bustle, and just relax. Service: The housekeepers are all very warm and chatty. In the evening, you can even sit in the courtyard and watch shows, which is very pleasant. I have to commend Mantou (the silver tabby cat) for his excellent service awareness! 😁 He's great at interacting, keeping company, and providing full emotional support.

亮點：夠老，除了地板，其他基本保留了老宅的構造，是老東關寨門口那棵大荔枝樹跟寨子相得益彰。房間沒有電視衹有一本書，房間Wi-Fi信號不穩定，非常適合度假清休，放下手機好好休息。有付費餐食，味道還可以。3個人3隻貓生活相當愜意，服務響應也很及時，服務態度也好。附近東關寨新寨也可以參觀（就是要注意時間16:30就下班lq）, 改進建議：淋浴水壓偏低，沙發旁邊再放個躺椅更好, 整體體驗超預期，值得體驗，非常適合週末放鬆一下。

房間有點類似於loft，空間很大，畢竟是從老宅改造的。還提供泡腳桶和葯浴，很貼心，關鍵房間的設施都比較乾淨整潔，民宿外部環境真的沒話説，很有韻味，適合休閑放鬆。得説下，桂花咖啡很好喝。比我在霞浦訂的民宿，真的好太多了。 設施：不錯 衞生：都有提供一次性的拖鞋和浴巾 環境：房間佈局和內外環境都很棒 服務：都很熱情

民宿裏面很漂亮 訂的是複式房間 環境十分安靜 周圍景色非常漂亮 就是上山的路有些陡 會車的時候有些難 可以和民宿先聯繫好 確保上山的時候瞭解車輛通行情況

元旦假期，無意中刷到福清「舊寨山間」福州開車一個小時左右到達。300年老宅改造成的獨棟小院，步步皆景，每一處都精準戳中審美。偷得浮生半日閑，在這裏放空身心，便是新年最愜意的開端。在民宿吃了三餐，每一餐都挺滿意，適合我的口味。

福清民宿頭把交椅，想要放空時都會想進去喝個茶，犯個懶。山裡的生活在他們記錄的圖像視頻裏，是自在的，帶風感的。另，推薦關注店長自媒體賬號，更能加深對舊寨的體驗感。我很喜歡，也很推薦，入住和喝咖啡都要提前預約哈，店裡的規矩大家儘量尊重~
