Tianhe Hotel

Location: On the 14th floor, the view is quite decent. Hygiene: The room was clean. Service: The service was pretty good too. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the viaduct and the ancient street. You can even enjoy the night view of Lichao Ancient Street in the evening. Plus, food delivery can be brought right up to your room!

The hotel's location is quite convenient, and the overall cleanliness of the room is decent. It offers good value for money, though parking was a bit of a hassle. Everything else was fine.

Late check-out and luggage storage are available, which is great.

There is an unidentified object in the shower head.

The hotel has such a poor environment and is so old, yet the price is so high; it's terrible value for money.

The service was rather incomprehensible. When checking out, the front desk demanded a 100 yuan deposit, saying they needed to check if the room was damaged. This was the first time I'd encountered this situation. I won't stay here again.

The shower head in the bathroom was broken and there was no soap or liquid soap in the wash basin.
