FURANO HOTEL

The hotel has a beautiful environment, and the exterior and lobby are lovely. However, the rooms themselves are a bit disappointing; the decor is quite dated, but the two-person room is very spacious.

This hotel is absolutely not opening in 2025, there's no new renovation whatsoever, and it's definitely not a 5-star hotel. The description on Trip.com is completely misleading and misleads consumers. One-star rating.

This was the best accommodation of my Hokkaido trip! The hotel is elegantly and brand new, with rooms offering unbeatable garden views. The terrace is perfect for stargazing, and I even unexpectedly spotted some adorable deer at night – incredibly romantic! The view from the window was also breathtaking, like something out of a fairytale. The hot spring was crystal clear and beautiful, offering privacy and few people. Breakfast was served in a lovely setting, with fresh and delicious food. The staff were friendly, proactive, and highly efficient. Definitely the No. 1 hotel in Furano, I will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended for travelers who love nature and relaxation!

This is a really great hotel. The location is excellent, the views are beautiful, the hotel is clean, the atmosphere is great, and the rooms are spacious and lovely.
