I took my children to see Jiahua is the best hotel in Fushun, so I made a reservation without hesitation. The first room was assigned a smoking room for us. So we changed rooms, and the service staff sent a new room card. But when we entered the room, we found that there were no slippers in the cabinet, and there was a slipper bag that hadn’t been cleared. I feel that the housekeeping department did not make ward rounds. But after calling the front desk, I have to give a thumbs up to a Northeast guy at the front desk, who gave feedback and plans very quickly, and came up for rounds very quickly, very enthusiastic and professional. From this point of view, the management level of the front desk is obviously higher than that of the room department~ Thanks to the male staff at the front desk, I forgot to ask for the name. The breakfast service is obviously a little hip, the coffee machine needs to be replaced, the Americano is very bad, and the machine can't make latte, the milk delivered is not hot, hot black coffee with cold milk, a bit amateurish
