Wanda Jin Suites Changbaishan

The room was spacious with a great view. The management, especially haha, and all the staff provided excellent and thorough service! My 7-year-old daughter kept calling the front desk herself to ask for towels, bathrobes, and children's toiletries, sometimes needing staff to make two or three trips! In the evening, when we went to another hotel to play games, the hotel even helped pick us up! There are many hotels in the resort, but the Jinhua Suite is centrally located, right above the town square when you go downstairs!

This hotel boasts the best location in the resort area, with excellent service and cleanliness. The breakfast was great! The resort itself is beautiful and offers a good variety of activities.

First off, I have to commend the hotel concierge. They reached out to me even before my check-in to provide information about the hotel's amenities. Even though we were hit by a typhoon and heavy rain, which meant we couldn't go out and explore, the water park and sauna were still open. The concierge also kept us updated on all the activities and benefits available within the park throughout our stay.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was abundant. All the staff were very attentive, especially Qixi. My stay here was excellent. The amenities were also very convenient. Due to the typhoon, I couldn't see Tianchi Lake, but the resort itself was a lot of fun.

We brought our parents and children to Wanda for a summer getaway and stayed in the Jin Hua suite. Our whole family was very satisfied. From before we even left, customer service representative Xixi sent us real-time updates: the weather and temperature in Changbaishan, available activities, how to get around, and so on—every detail was handled perfectly. They reserved a spacious room for us and allowed a late check-out. The service was prompt and responsive. Xixi and the housekeeping staff were incredibly thoughtful, providing plenty of drinking water and toiletries. This really showcased the genuine warmth and generosity of the people from Northeast China. We had a wonderful time in Changbaishan at a pleasant 22 degrees Celsius. We look forward to visiting again!

Extremely satisfied! All the restaurants within the resort were delicious, no duds. Benjamin, our hotel butler, was proactive in contacting us right after booking and his responses were timely and accurate. The hotel also offers various perks, allowing us to enjoy a full day of fun at the resort. Plus, there were fireworks, which was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Stayed for 3 nights with my elderly parents and child. The suite was a two-bedroom with a living room, and although you could tell it was a bit older, it was still very comfortable overall. There were so many benefits included that we didn't even get to use them all. The duty manager, Jia Hongling, contacted us several days in advance, added us on WeChat, and learned about our itinerary. She gave us timely advice and was very responsive to all our questions, even promptly providing extra water. She truly went above and beyond. We were a little disappointed we couldn't see Tianchi Lake due to the weather this time, but we'll save that for our next visit.

Highly recommend the Jinhua Suite for a summer escape to Changbai Mountain! The 22°C summer lives up to its reputation. The suite is spacious with a scenic balcony offering stunning forest views. The water park, hot springs, and cable car are all-inclusive, and it's super convenient to walk around the town. The room was clean and quiet, the kitchen facilities were fully equipped, and our butler, Haha, provided meticulous and thoughtful service. It's perfect for families traveling with children and an excellent choice for a summer holiday!

Traveling with two seniors and two young children, the Jin Hua Suite was the perfect fit. We managed to visit during the plum rain season in Shanghai, right before the summer holiday rush in the northeast, so we avoided the crowds. Benjamin from Guest Relations was incredibly thoughtful. He contacted me before our arrival to arrange the room, and throughout our four-day, three-night stay, he was always responsive to our requests, ensuring we had a worry-free and enjoyable time. Jin Hua's location is fantastic; it's right next to the town and outdoor activities. The kids are already asking to come back next year!
