Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan

The room was great, just a minor note that the mattress was a bit soft for my liking. The breakfast spread offered a good variety and started early, which was perfect for those heading to the West Slope in the morning. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, was lovely and kind. She promptly resolved any issues we had, big thumbs up! 👍

This was my first time visiting Changbaishan and staying at the Jinhua Hotel. The hotel was clean and well-maintained overall, and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. What really stood out were the many special activities for kids, which my child absolutely loved. The hotel's scenery is also beautiful; taking the cable car up the mountain provides an unobstructed panoramic view. You can also enjoy activities like the sliding car and digging for ginseng. I especially want to commend the executive lounge staff, Gjnnn. She was incredibly responsible and responsive to all my inquiries about the activities I wanted to try. The weather wasn't great during my stay, and some activities like rafting and the sliding car were closed at times. She kept me updated via WeChat about any special closures. She's super nice, diligent, and responsible! 👍🏻

The room was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view from the window. The service was exceptional, especially from our butler, Kevenue Wu, who responded quickly to all our questions and was very thoughtful. We received many complimentary benefits, and our child had an amazing time, saying they were super satisfied.

The location is convenient, making it easy to access all the popular attractions. For activities, the grass sliding is highly recommended – it's really thrilling! However, the included luge ride was only open for an hour on the day after the typhoon cleared up. Everyone who hadn't been able to use their luge voucher during the typhoon days rushed to queue up, really hoping to get on the ride. But it still closed on time, without any adjustment despite the real-time crowd situation. Service: It was quite good. There's also a laundry service on the first floor, which is super convenient for washing clothes after swimming. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. I didn't encounter any of the issues mentioned in online complaints. Facilities: Good. You can tell the hotel has been around for a while.

Great location, lots of complimentary activities, the water park is super fun, but breakfast was very mediocre.

Centrally located in the resort area, making it convenient to get everywhere. The room facilities were good, and toiletries were well-stocked. The common areas were clean and tidy. The location is excellent, and overall, it offers good value for money. Our housekeeper, Haha, was very friendly and practical, always resolving any questions we had promptly. The overall experience was great. We'll definitely come back again, and I'm looking forward to an even more surprising experience in winter.

If you're visiting Xipo, choose Jinhua! The environment, hygiene, entertainment, dining, and service all deserve a perfect 100 points. Our butler Qixi provided excellent service, always ready to help and coordinate whenever needed. Both the elderly and the children were very satisfied. Wanda Resort – we'll definitely be back next time!

Wanda Jin Hua truly lives up to its reputation as a veteran resort. Their service was incredibly impressive. Two days before our arrival, our dedicated 1:1 travel assistant, Gjnnn from the executive lounge, reached out to us via WeChat. They sent us detailed information about our benefits and a map of the resort town, making our trip completely stress-free. We stayed at three different hotels during our Changbai Mountain trip, and Wanda's service was by far the most enthusiastic and responsive. After check-in, they checked in with us daily. Our child was over the age limit for complimentary breakfast, and we had an early train the next morning, so the assistant arranged for us to have breakfast at the executive lounge. It was not crowded, the food selection was excellent, and there was even a chef hand-pulling noodles on the spot – a delightful surprise! The hotel's overall cleanliness and dining options were excellent. Room service was also very prompt. The resort town itself isn't very large, so there's no issue with location no matter where you stay. Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose a hotel with great service, and Wanda Jin Hua is a no-brainer.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the resort area, very convenient to the visitor center and commercial street. The breakfast on the second floor is exquisite, the environment is serene, and they even offer calligraphy sessions, which I really enjoyed. I added the butler from the executive lounge, Gjnnn, on WeChat in advance, and her thoughtful reminders and service made our trip very relaxing. Highly recommended!
