Great n helpful staff , they helped making our journey easier , greeted us with a genuine smile and happy to help :) , would definitely love to go back again.

Staff courteous, beautiful location, good size of the room and adequate bathroom facilities.

All staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice amd clean. Would stay here again!

Couple of things worth mentioning . If you plan to stay here especially if you came by train or bus , it is only a 15 minute walk to the hotel but through lots of inclines /declines , and taxis were short to come by so it was a heck of a walk there though the cold and rain . Breakfast buffet was not great , eggs /sausage were cold , and very tiny selection considering the cost . Pass on the breakfast “buffet” Also - not saying the front desk wasn’t helpful they just don’t volunteer any useful information for getting around or where things are in the hotel and acted shocked when I would ask , also very outdated , and BIG lack of amenities for what they charge . I would pass on this hotel

Speaking some English would help. General "I'm not in a hurry and neither should be you" approach might fire back sometimes
