The best accommodation among my trip in Urumqi (stayed 6 different hotels during the trip) . I would highly recommended . The hotel itself is very comfy and cozy, very spacious , clean (hot shower water v good / blow dryer s nice ) and with a nice view. The breakfast selection is good (but i only eat spoiled egg and less so i cant comment much) The hotel host is a gift for the stays , she offered us a free photo shooting in their garden which with a stunning winter view and starry night . There also a PR pretty kitten will be walking freely inside the hotel, if u are lucky u can have the kitten be your guest at your room. If i am visit the same location again i would much happy to stay here again!

The experience of staying in the B&B is very good, the equipment and facilities are complete, the owner is warm and hospitable, and I am satisfied.

Great place. Very welcoming and helpful owner who speaks good English. She messaged me before I arrived to help me check in and get to the location. Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

All Seasons is the perfect choice for your trip right now! The stay was fantastic, with complete and well-maintained facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and attentive and efficient service. It's truly a hidden gem of a hotel, highly recommended! The bedding was incredibly soft and I slept soundly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the value for money was excellent. A perfect ski holiday hotel, where the staff makes all the difference! Our family stay here was absolutely amazing. We booked a very spacious family room with a queen bed for us and two separate large beds for our children—the layout was perfect, offering more comfort than we’ve ever had on a ski trip. But where this hotel truly shines is its staff. They were absolutely outstanding! Every request was met with kindness and efficiency. They arranged a reliable daily driver to the ski resort, organized an unforgettable horse-riding trek in the snow with local guides (the highlight of our trip!), and booked restaurants for us, kindly overcoming our limited Mandarin. What really stood out were two moments of exceptional care: · A receptionist walked all the way to retrieve a package that was mistakenly delivered to another hotel. · When we forgot a rental ski helmet, they found a driver to deliver it directly to the ski resort. Super kind, attentive, and tremendously helpful: we couldn’t have asked for better service. Our stay at this Airbnb in Keketuohai was absolutely fantastic! The location is ideal for snowboarding enthusiasts, just 20 minutes from the ski resort – a huge advantage compared to other options that are double the distance. The house itself is a stunning retreat, designed by the owner, who is an interior designer. Each room is beautifully crafted, offering unique styles perfect for couples or groups of friends. The attention to detail and cozy atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. The host was incredible – knowledgeable, generous, and always eager to share tips about the area. His even arranged a cultural meal with local minority neighbors, giving us a truly special experience. His warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were staying with a friend rather than a host. With its unbeatable location, breathtaking views, and thoughtful design, this Airbnb is a gem. Whether you’re here for snowboarding or simply to enjoy the serene surroundings, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return – highly recommend!

Secondly, I feel that the housekeeper really treats this store as his own home. The white service at the door is very attentive, helping with luggage, moving tables for meals, and the little sister with glasses from Shanxi treats me sincerely, all very good! In them, I see a life that happens at will. After doing their job well, they are optimistic, positive, open-minded, self-consistent, and have a full spiritual world! I think the essence of the service industry is nothing more than this, clean like home, with a group of interesting souls!

The location is very convenient. The room is nicely decorated and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning and hot water work perfectly. The bedding is comfortable and soft. I had a wonderful rest.
