DoubleTree by Hilton Altay Fuyun

The DoubleTree by Hilton Fuyun's twin room is fantastic! It's about 35 square meters, spacious and bright, with comfortable twin beds and soft, cozy bedding. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views of the Irtysh River. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with plenty of hot water. The service is thoughtful, with warm cookies upon check-in and prompt housekeeping. The location is excellent, close to scenic spots, with free parking, making it convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

This hotel is great! The front desk staff, Ardaq, was super friendly and attentive. She's beautiful inside and out, highly recommend her! The bedding and chairs were very comfortable. I'll definitely come back next time!

First time here on a business trip, and I can't believe how bad my stay was. For such a supposedly high-end hotel, the room hygiene is deeply concerning. When I first entered, the lighting was dim so I didn't notice, but then my earbud dropped, and when I picked it up, my hand was covered in hair! What in the world?! Do you know how disgusting that is? On top of that, there was a constant noise in the room, some machine or something was humming all night long. It was incredibly loud and made for a terrible stay! It felt like I was staying in a cheap guesthouse, not a 5-star hotel!

A heartfelt thank you to Nurina at the Hilton DoubleTree front desk for her exceptional service during my stay. She was warm, polite, professional, and highly efficient. She patiently answered all my questions, proactively anticipated guest needs, and provided meticulous service that made me feel truly welcome. Such an outstanding employee deserves recognition and praise; her service is a credit to the hotel!

The hotel is new, in a great location, and has a very five-star feel, but unfortunately it has some major drawbacks: 1. The underfloor heating was too hot. I told the hotel to turn it down too low, and they told me to turn off all the air conditioning and open all the windows, but I was still sweating profusely and couldn't sleep all night. 2. The tap water was a muddy yellow color. I told the front desk that the water was connected to the river next door (which is really scary). They said it would be fine after running for 30 minutes, which I did, and it turned green after 30 minutes.

I chose this hotel for my trip. The rooms were luxurious and high-class, the lobby was spacious, and all the staff were excellent, especially Nulina at the front desk. I will definitely stay here again next time. I am very satisfied.
