A perfect ski holiday hotel, where the staff makes all the difference! Our family stay here was absolutely amazing. We booked a very spacious family room with a queen bed for us and two separate large beds for our children—the layout was perfect, offering more comfort than we’ve ever had on a ski trip. But where this hotel truly shines is its staff. They were absolutely outstanding! Every request was met with kindness and efficiency. They arranged a reliable daily driver to the ski resort, organized an unforgettable horse-riding trek in the snow with local guides (the highlight of our trip!), and booked restaurants for us, kindly overcoming our limited Mandarin. What really stood out were two moments of exceptional care: · A receptionist walked all the way to retrieve a package that was mistakenly delivered to another hotel. · When we forgot a rental ski helmet, they found a driver to deliver it directly to the ski resort. Super kind, attentive, and tremendously helpful: we couldn’t have asked for better service. Great place. Very welcoming and helpful owner who speaks good English. She messaged me before I arrived to help me check in and get to the location. Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. There are also different pillows to choose from in the room. Parking is very convenient, right next to Fuyun, not noisy or noisy. It is easy to order takeaway milk tea. Take a bath in comfort to relieve the fatigue of the journey. Will come again.

The attention to detail and cozy atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. The host was incredible – knowledgeable, generous, and always eager to share tips about the area. His even arranged a cultural meal with local minority neighbors, giving us a truly special experience. His warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were staying with a friend rather than a host. With its unbeatable location, breathtaking views, and thoughtful design, this Airbnb is a gem. Whether you’re here for snowboarding or simply to enjoy the serene surroundings, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return – highly recommend!

Double Tree Hilton Hotel in Fuyun County is a beautiful hotel to stay. The toilet has auto bidet system and the view from Hotel room was fantastic.
