What truly deserves praise is their shower room – the water flow is strong, the temperature control is very responsive, and the showerhead pressure is just right, surpassing many five-star hotels. Additionally, the quality of their toiletries is excellent, and the toothbrushes are noticeably better than disposable ones. **Service:** Upon check-in, I received welcome fruits and snacks, including local specialty olives, all thoughtfully packaged. The front desk staff and servers were all incredibly nice, always greeting me. On my checkout day, it happened to be my birthday, and they even offered special birthday wishes, which really won me over. I was already planning to give this place a five-star review, but now I want to praise it even more extensively. If I visit again, I'll definitely stay here. **One more tip:** Because the entire West Lake Grand Hotel complex is very large, it's easy to go to the wrong entrance if it's your first time.
