Ji Hotel (Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang Wuyi North Road)

I travel frequently, and I just want to complain about hotels I am not satisfied with. I checked into Fuzhou Ji Hotel (Sanfang Qixiang Wuyi North Road Branch) on the 2nd of this month and checked out on the 4th. The front desk service was very good, but the room service was not good. I agree, room service is not just about putting furs in guest rooms every day. Cleaning is very important. I think that All Seasons Hotel is a chain store and should not be inferior to express hotels. There is no delivery of facial tissue, toilets are not clean, and the bathroom trash cans are not available. Not clean, the price and service of Ji Hotel do not match, I hope Ji can improve service awareness and room staff training, and improve service levels as soon as possible.

We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 and were still unable to check in. The lady at the hotel front desk left a group of 10 of us in a corner and only told us that we would not be able to check in until half an hour to an hour later. She did not apologize at all, did not look back, and was cold and indifferent. We said we were two hours late to check in, but at other hotels someone would pour water or explain things to the guests kindly, and even redeem them for free breakfast. She again said coldly and coldly without looking back that this was not another hotel! ! ! All seasons are also classified. We said we could only leave a negative review, and she said a very classic saying: Then just leave a negative review, and we can appeal to Ctrip. So I called Ctrip to consult. Fortunately, Ctrip did not take the blame and solved the problem perfectly. Now let me ask you this, why did the hotel hire a queen mother to be the front desk sister to ruin its own sign?

After comparison, Ctrip's price is better in the end, maybe because of its membership, but you still have to book in advance. The service is very good, the facilities are also very good, the location is good, not far from the subway station and the provincial hospital, about 200 to 300 meters It looks like there are many restaurants around. I walked to the Zhu Fugui Seafood Hotpot and had to queue for more than an hour to eat it. It tasted good and I highly recommend it. As a northerner, I didn’t order the beef but all the seafood. I forgot to take a picture.

I booked a double room from Ctrip and the hotel upgraded me to a zero-pressure double room for free. The mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were made of silicone like at home. There was also a small balcony in the room. The overall experience was great! I recommend friends who visit Fuzhou to stay here. Parking is free too!

The room is large, very clean and hygienic, and the sound insulation effect is good! It is also very close to Sanfangqixiang. There are many snacks around. I especially recommend everyone to go to the Minnan Pig’s Knuckle Rice on Wuyi North Road next to the hotel. It’s so delicious! I will never forget it for the rest of my life.

The handsome guy at the front desk of the hotel was very warm and thoughtful. He recommended breakfast for 2 days. The experience was very good. It was clean and hygienic, convenient for dining. There were hotpot pastes and a combination of Chinese and Western food. The room was arranged in a quiet location. I slept well. The shower nozzle had sufficient water and was comfortable. Stay again! The location of the hotel is very good. It is convenient to go to all the scenic spots, especially the three lanes and seven lanes of the ancient city.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. It is not far from Sanfangqixiang and Shangxiahang. The room is about 20 square meters. It has a small sofa, a table, and a tea set for making tea. It provides robot food delivery. Children especially like it. The hotel has a laundry room and a gym. Although it is not big, it is very convenient. I didn’t take photos of the room, but it is very cost-effective. It is very close to Tai’an Building and you can experience breakfast. Jiuxiangnan is highly recommended. They have all the special snacks.
