餐飲超讚，恬靜怡人，親切周到，賓至如歸，床軟硬適中，位置很便利，停車場門口很大，還有地下車庫，前台很熱情，會幫忙處理一些事情，酒店環境很好，還有生日宴在二樓舉行，熱鬧。下次還來這家住！

酒店距離下沙海邊很近，門樓大堂也很大氣，停車超級方便，門口地下車庫都有，不怕雨天要淋雨下車了，可能對於這個品牌吧，房間總體還可以，配備的東西房間幾乎都有，服務員態度挺好的，有不懂的電話打給前台及時能解答，這次出門玩住這裏總體不錯，晚上還有保安在樓層上巡樓，和我打了招呼，點個贊！二樓早餐還挺不錯的，品種多。出門還選維也納！！！

房間設施老舊，壞了也不更換或修復，衞生也很馬虎，幾次見到毛髮，早餐也是極差，做得也難吃，甚至連水煮蛋都難煮得沒熟。除了前台服務還行，其他體驗感真是一塌糊塗。這到底是不是維也納？物品名字都還是以前酒店的名字，既然換了名字，也不至於省這費用吧？最後就是這價格都上三百了，是不是各項服務也得跟上？
