Can’t expect more

This is the first time I give a bad review to a hotel. The facilities in the whole room are not worthy of this price. There are many problems. When I first arrived at the hotel and went to sleep, the roller blind was broken, so I came to repair it temporarily. When I wanted to wash my hair at night, I found that the shower head was broken and they didn't even repair it. I went there to take a hot spring bath and found that it was just like the bathtub at home. The water was particularly dirty, and the water outlet was broken and rusty. The facilities of the whole hotel were rotten. The hair dryer in the hotel was also rotten. I don't know what brand it is. I have to keep pressing the switch to make the air flow, which is very difficult to use. This is the first time I have seen a hot spring hotel that does not provide slippers and needs to charge. The floor of the hotel is also black and moldy. It's too bad. I stayed at Hilton for the first two nights and came to eat at Xiyue Building. I saw that the environment of this hotel is ok and I can take a hot spring bath, so I changed here to live. I searched for other people's photos and it was ok. I didn't expect it to be so rotten that I was in a bad mood. I was not interested in taking photos. The water was too dirty and I didn't dare to soak. There was a hotel staff member with an attitude that was ok. He came to show us in the middle of the night and helped us install a bath mat, but the water that came out was still black. This time I stayed in the private room, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The following is my true feelings from multiple dimensions: #1. Private hot spring experience: natural healing in the city The biggest highlight of the private hot spring room is the hot spring pool in the room! The hot spring water is directly introduced into the room. The water quality is clear and warm. When you take a bath, you can smell a faint mineral scent. With the jasmine tea provided by the hotel, your body and mind will relax instantly. What's more intimate is that the hot spring water can be used at any time. You can enjoy a pool of warmth alone late at night or in the early morning, completely getting rid of the time limit and crowds of public hot springs. The marble bathtub and the black-themed bathroom design complement each other, with soft lighting and excellent privacy. --- #2. Design aesthetics: Oriental charm in dark tones The hotel is dominated by black as the main color, combining the new Chinese style with modern minimalist style, and the details are full of craftsmanship. The functional areas in the room are cleverly divided, and the layout of the cloakroom and hot spring pool is both independent and coherent. I especially like the design of the smart control panel at the head of the bed - one-button control of lights and curtains, a sense of technology and convenience coexist. The dim lights in the corridor create a quiet atmosphere. --- #3. Service details: -Welcome gift: The mandarin oranges given upon check-in are fresh and juicy, with full sweetness. - Smart convenience: Takeaways are accurately delivered to the room by robots, and you can enjoy delicious food late at night without disturbing the staff. --- #4. Geographic location: A quiet oasis in the downtown area The hotel is located on Fufei South Road, Gulou District, within walking distance of Zhenhai Tower and West Lake Scenic Area, and a taxi takes 5 minutes to reach Sanfang Qixiang. Although it is in a bustling area, the courtyard is isolated from the hustle and bustle, and it is convenient to enter and exit while maintaining privacy, which perfectly balances the needs of travel and vacation. Disadvantages: - There are soft drinks in the minibar in the room, but there is no price tag. I don’t know if it is free to drink. I saw someone in the review area said it is free. I hope this can be reminded when checking in.

Fuzhou is great, Pujing is also great❤ I had originally booked another hotel for the next three days of the trip, but I was so scared that I checked out after just one night, and rebooked Pujing XD Thank you William for your warm and friendly reception twice. It really makes people feel kind and warm. All other service staff were also smiling and very friendly! The only two suggestions are that the dry and wet separation of the bathing space is not good enough. After taking a bath, the water will overflow onto the wooden floor outside and will not subside, which is quite troublesome. Secondly, the hair dryer provided in such a good hotel is really disappointing. The line is a bit old and peeling. After blowing my hair on the bed, the sheets will have black rust. The wind power is not strong enough. I hope it can be improved. Apart from the minor shortcomings, there is really nothing to complain about. I will stay here again next time I come to Fuzhou❤

It is not far from the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, and the rooms are large and decorated in a unique way. In addition, there is a supply of hot spring water, making it an ideal place for a relaxing vacation.
